I was very pleased with my experience at Paul Cerame. I am a first time buyer, and my sales consultant was the best. I will take up to 6 months or so to research new vehicles on-line. etc., before actually talking to a sales person. With Paul Cerame Kia I knew I had the best internet selling price for a new Optima in the S on-line. etc., before actually talking to a sales person. With Paul Cerame Kia I knew I had the best internet selling price for a new Optima in the St. Louis area before I actually visited this dealership. It was then a fair value for my trade and getting a low finance rate to seal the deal. My initial contact was via email and the response was from Sharon Dash. Who it turns out was the best, most knowledgeable and friendly salesperson I have ever met in purchasing a new vehicle over the past 40+ years. In addition, she was always available to answer any questions I had, usually via email, and is very knowledgeable about the Optima I was interested in. We quickly moved through the purchasing process ending up in Chis Garbs office where, after a little negotiations, a fair offer was given for my trade and the deal was finalized. In addition, the Optima I wanted with the options I needed and the correct color was not at their dealership and they had it on-site within 24 hours of our finalizing the deal. Chris, by the was, was very professional, very personable and kept working the numbers until both sides agreed on the net selling/purchase price for the new Optima. By the way, the 2012 Optima EX is a fantastic, stylish vehicle, with all the features you would every want in a new vehicle and at a great price point. I then worked with Ezel Watkins, Finance Manager, and within 30 minutes he had secured financing for me at a fantastic rate thru Kia Financial (2.9%), including producing and my signing all appropriate paperwork. Ezel is very professional, very personable and will make every effort to secure financing through his many financial contacts. Took delivery of my new 2012 Optima the next day (they had to get the vehicle from another dealer) and it was fully prepped/detailed and had a full tank of gas!! I would recommend this sales/financial sales team to anyone who reads my review. You will not go wrong by visiting Paul Cerame Kia to purchase your next Kia vehicle. More
Jeff was very professional in his demeanor. He was very well educated in his knowledge about the Kia Optima and helped me understand more about the car. Well, I was an easy sell because I already knew exactly what I wanted all they had to do was make it happen. I had no doubt after just a couple minutes talking with Jeff that he was going to do just that. what I wanted all they had to do was make it happen. I wasn't in the best situation, had a wrecked van that was worth less than I owed and a little bit of money to put down. I was never made to feel like that was going to be a problem though. I had been to two other dealerships previously, the first tried to get me to go for something other than what I wanted and the other told me to come up with more money. Not Jeff, he asked me what I wanted and what my goal was, came back with the numbers I wanted to see and I signed right then. I had to wait a couple days for them to find the exact Soul I wanted but it was well worth it. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly. Ezel was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him while we took care of the paperwork. Jeff went over every inch of the new Soul with me and now I'm cruising in my fun little car and feeling great about my purchase. More
I'm the kind of car buyer who has always kept a car for 6 years or longer, and I haven't always bought a new car, but this will be the fifth new car purchase I've made, and the entire experience has been the years or longer, and I haven't always bought a new car, but this will be the fifth new car purchase I've made, and the entire experience has been the best, by far. I can't speak for the entire dealership, other than to say that EVERYBODY was REALLY NICE. In this respect there was NO COMPARISON with the other dealers I visited. Buying my new Soul from Cerame, and specifically, from Tim "Country" Huffman, was a truly wonderful experience. Let me tell you why, and I think you'll be glad you found this review! At other dealerships, in the first 10 minutes of contact, there's a "foundation" laid out for the deal. The salesmen usually try to get things started with comments directed towards how little your trade will be worth, or how hard it is to even buy the car you're looking for... you know what I mean, "we can't keep these on the lot"... or "it's pretty hard to sell this car/truck, people aren't buying them" (in reference to YOUR trade-in car. There was none of that BS at Cerame. Tim Huffman was EXACTLY the kind of salesman that I want to deal with... He was like me, zero-BS and right to the point. Buying my new Kia from him was about as hard as going to Aldi for a loaf of bread. It all went perfectly smooth and quick. If you can't tell from this review, I'm actually quite OCD. When I began car shopping, I was open to almost any car that was even remotely in the class of the Soul. I was also looking at Hyundai pretty closely, but in the first five minutes of talking to Tim at Cerame, I told him I was going to buy a car from him no matter what, and I did. Again, ALL the salesman were friendly to me. It was a completely different atmosphere than the dealer at Page and Lindberg (circle of salesman smoking and just watched me look at cars, probably thinking I couldn't afford one(?) At Cerame I felt instantly welcome and while I walked around the dealer each salesman that I ran into said hello with a big smile and offered to help me. They were GENUINELY friendly, NOT "fake". It was such a good experience, that when it comes time to buy my next car, Cerame will be the first place I look (and probably the place I buy). 5 stars. More

The online website was great. I was able to pick out the exact car I wanted before I went to the dealership. When I told them what time I was coming they had the car out and ready.
