I have been buying cars for 45 years and THIS WAS THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The salesman and the dealership went far and above any expectations I could ever have. James Bertram was very friendly, professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining all the extra specifications that was on the Kia Sorento EX V-6 with the EX Premium Package. He even went out of his way to take the floor model out of the showroom just so I could drive it. The dealership did not have the exact Sorento (color and V-6 and package) that I was looking for. So they put in a search to get me the SUV I was looking for from another dealership and had it transported on a truck so there would not be any extra driven mileage on the SUV. Now THAT IS SERVICE FAR AND ABOVE!! The Finance Manager was gracious and explained everything in detail of my contract, step by step. James Bertram was off on Thursday, the day I picked up my new Kia, so Tim Huffman, a salesman, took care of me and went over EVERYTHING and showed me how to use many of the new features on the new Kia that I was not used to. My trade-in was a 2005 Kia Sorento EX, but it did not have all of the whistles and bells my new Kia came with. I fell in love with the Kia Sorento in 2005 and knew that I wanted another Sorento. I am so happy that I went to Paul Cerame to buy my new Kia. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE, EVER! Believe me when I say that I am spreading the word that Paul Cerame is the best dealership with the best salesmen! More

Upon our entrance into the service center, Shannon Beehn was very professional yet provided a friendly, warm, caring and compassionate atmosphere that put us at ease through our visit. We did not just sit around in the waiting room waiting to get our vehicle back. Mr. Beehn made it a point to keep my spouse and me abreast of the problem/progress of our vehicle. He addressed/answered all of our questions and concerns in a manner which was clear and understandable. Upon learning that our vehicle had major repairs that needed to be done, Mr. Beehn contacted (and coordinated) with the extended warranty personnel to arrange accommodations for our vehicle, and assisted with the completion of all documentations for service to my vehicle; contacted and coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental personal to arrange transportation with a rental vehicle for myself and family once service to my vehicle began-as to not disrupt my daily schedule. Mr. Beehn was a pleasure to work with and displayed great expertise and professionalism in his job responsibilities. By having Mr. Beehn as a part of the Paul Cerame Automotive Group team, it showed me as a consumer what qualities are important and those are sophistication, personable and humanity. I have bought multiple new cars over my lifetime and up till now disliked the buying experience. Tim Huffman was direct easy to deal with and when we agreed on a price called it the out the door price. The till now disliked the buying experience. Tim was sincere and took pains with explanations on the operation of the features of the new vehicle. Tim was reasuring and told us several times if we had any questions he would be glad to here from us.I had talked to other dealers about different brands and am glad we were able to buy from Cerame since it is most convenient for us to get the new car serviced.They filled the tank and said the first oil change was on them. Not a big deal but friendly gesture.My wife likes her new Optima EX and were enjoying the panoramic sunroof a great sound system. The test drive she took on the Kia then right after drove another brand I had suggested.She said it the performance was superior on the Kia. I expected to pay more but didn't. I was dreading the "game" of purchasing a new car. I knew what I wanted, but wanted to make sure I got the best deal. I cAlled the dealership to he some price quotes on work I needed done and had Donny cLl me back within 10 minutes of my message, I've bought alot of cars and never has that happened. From the second I walked into the showroom, they rolled out the red carpet. They bent over backwards to get me the car I was looking for. Turned out the color I wanted wasn't in stock so they tracked down a car from another dealership. They delivered everything as promised and all at a great price. It was a pleasure working with Sharron Dash (our salesperson) and Barry Pannett (GM). I've bought many new cars over the years, and this was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had.
