When you first meet Mr. Reid you can feel his kindness as he says may help you. I had an idea of what kind of car wanted but was not sure what we could afford. We walked in just window shopping and drove home with a new car. Everything went so smooth. He made it exciting and enjoyable meeting with the finance guy, not once was it uncomfortable. It was like meeting another family member. Where ever this young man goes when we need another car ever we will go to him and listen to what he says. Paul Cerame Kia is such a nice company. We learned so much about them too. I love my car. We got a great price on a 2012 Optima EX with a premium package from their website, and our salesperson, Sharon Dash, was quick with the follow-up, wildly friendly, and easy to work with. Mistakes were made with our deal on the front end, but Sharon was quick to rectify the situation and proactive in her communication with us. Ultimately, we got the car we wanted at a price we didn't even know was possible from an exceptional salesperson. All in all we would highly recommend this dealership for your new Kia purchase! More

I have been buying cars for 45 years and THIS WAS THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The salesman and the dealership went far and above any expectations I could ever have. James Bertram was very friendly, professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining all the extra specifications that was on the Kia Sorento EX V-6 with the EX Premium Package. He even went out of his way to take the floor model out of the showroom just so I could drive it. The dealership did not have the exact Sorento (color and V-6 and package) that I was looking for. So they put in a search to get me the SUV I was looking for from another dealership and had it transported on a truck so there would not be any extra driven mileage on the SUV. Now THAT IS SERVICE FAR AND ABOVE!! The Finance Manager was gracious and explained everything in detail of my contract, step by step. James Bertram was off on Thursday, the day I picked up my new Kia, so Tim Huffman, a salesman, took care of me and went over EVERYTHING and showed me how to use many of the new features on the new Kia that I was not used to. My trade-in was a 2005 Kia Sorento EX, but it did not have all of the whistles and bells my new Kia came with. I fell in love with the Kia Sorento in 2005 and knew that I wanted another Sorento. I am so happy that I went to Paul Cerame to buy my new Kia. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE, EVER! Upon our entrance into the service center, Shannon Beehn was very professional yet provided a friendly, warm, caring and compassionate atmosphere that put us at ease through our visit. He addressed/answered all of our questions and concerns in a manner which was clear and understandable. Upon learning that our vehicle had major repairs that needed to be done, Mr. Beehn contacted (and coordinated) with the extended warranty personnel to arrange accommodations for our vehicle, and assisted with the completion of all documentations for service to my vehicle; contacted and coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental personal to arrange transportation with a rental vehicle for myself and family once service to my vehicle began-as to not disrupt my daily schedule. Mr. Beehn was a pleasure to work with and displayed great expertise and professionalism in his job responsibilities. By having Mr. Beehn as a part of the Paul Cerame Automotive Group team, it showed me as a consumer what qualities are important and those are sophistication, personable and humanity.
