Almost a wasted trip I bought the extended warranty to cover my car bumper-to-bumper up to 100,000 miles/10yrs. My reverse camera is going out and when I made the appointm I bought the extended warranty to cover my car bumper-to-bumper up to 100,000 miles/10yrs. My reverse camera is going out and when I made the appointment to replace/repair it, it was covered but after they checked it out I was told that it wasn't covered under my policy. Two different people were suppose to call me back about this but it's been over two weeks and I still have not received a call. More

A Happy and Satisfied Customer I had scheduled an appointment to replace the rear tire on passenger side. as soon as I entered the bay area I received the Gold Star treatment. The service technician assistant was a perfect gentleman providing his hand to help me out of my car. The service technician had prepared the paperwork and estimated cost. I was in and out in less than a hour with new tire. It was not necessary to have the rear end aligned therefore saving me money. Everyone there is helpful and kind. More

Concern consumer My car was in for repair. I paid the extended deductible. However the mechanics apparently didn't drive my car after the repair. About 2-3weeks later My car was in for repair. I paid the extended deductible. However the mechanics apparently didn't drive my car after the repair. About 2-3weeks later I was back, the noise was still there,but on the other side of the car. They took care of the the second deductible. My concern is this THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THE WORK CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. I HOPE THIS IS NOT A SIGN OF THE KIND OF WORK NEGLECT I CAN EXPECT IN THE FUTURE. More

Until recently, I was happy to say I was a KIA owner. On August 7, 2012 however my opinion took a turn in the opposite direction. That's when I took my 2011 KIA Sedona back to the KIA dealership because I s August 7, 2012 however my opinion took a turn in the opposite direction. That's when I took my 2011 KIA Sedona back to the KIA dealership because I started to hear a slight noise coming from under the hood. Later that same day I received a call from the KIA service department, they could not hear the same noise I had described. I explained that the car may need to be driven to hear the same 'noise' that I had heard earlier. By the end of the day, the KIA service manager called me and said I needed a new engine, due to "lack of oil changes". He explained to me that I needed receipts to prove that proper care was taken in regards to this vehicle. Receipts have been given, this is now the 13th of September and I am still going back and forth between the KIA dealership and KIA warranty co. Anyone out there looking to buy a car...DON'T BY A KIA!!! BTW, as of today, 10/05/2012 still fighting with warrenty co/Paul Cereme KIA. Interesting side-note, the car was driving fine, no check engine light, no check oil light, just a slight noise, like a 'rubbing sound'(that they could not hear at first), 2 months later, KIA service recommended to have car towed off lot-not driven... More
