My girlfriend and I drove 7 hours to take advantage of an AMAZING deal and I felt like I arrived in opposite land. I don't know if it was the famous southern hospitality but DJ, Jim and Ron were fantastic HUMAN beings. We got down to business in a fair, no nonsense manner and managed to have actual conversations not related to products or cars. This is how a dealership experience should be. Personable, knowledgeable, friendly, REAL. We were so impressed that we decided when it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will definitely make the journey again. Hats off to Steven Toyota!
