Francisco was very helpful with my visit. He showed me the Scion that I saw online and I knew that was what I wanted! He talked to me about how the trade in process worked and showed me the payments. He kept going back and fourth to talk to his manager untill we were able to get to a monthly payment that I could afford. I had to think about it overnight but he was very nice and didnt pressure me at all. I really liked that and after thinking over it I bought the next day and it was very fast and easy. He also paired my phone up and told me to stop by for my free car washes. I was very nervous at first but I left very happy! More

We hate car shopping. It's pretty much the worst thing to have to do on earth, but every once in a while, miracles do happen. I can now say I have finally experienced a trip to the dealership that D thing to have to do on earth, but every once in a while, miracles do happen. I can now say I have finally experienced a trip to the dealership that DIDN'T have me running for the doors. After having shopped at numerous dealerships and experiencing some of the most unsavory Sales "Professionals" and there laundry list of remarks, one liners, pitches, attitudes, and overall poor displays of showmanship I was legitimately SHOCKED with the experience we had with Bill Collins at Steven Toyota.
