As soon as we started to look at some vehicles Taylor came out and greeted us very nicely and asked if he could show us anything or answer any questions. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles and made sure if he didn't have the answer he would find out for us. We purchase a used car from the property and felt we got an amazing deal. Once we decided to purchase we ended up staying past open hours and never once did he try to rush us or push us out the door. Everyone we dealt with was professsional and attentive. I did not feel rushed and at the end of hours of talking and test driving I thought I would leave without a car. Then I asked if I could drive the usedcertified preowned toyota 4 runner one more time. Well maybe eyes were rolling but I never felt them and after my third test drive of that type of vehicle, one new and the certified pre-owned, I knew I had found, not only the car for me, but the dealership. I was there for a free inspection that was part of the sales agreement. Unfortunately it did not pass inspection and we needed to takae it to a BMW place to correct the problem. Reasons for my rating is that I always get good service at this dealership. Trust my car needs to the great mechanics here at Steven Toyota. Even got my car washed today for free. Always get my oil changed half way between my next scheduled maintenance. By the way have had this car almost six years now and have done nothing to it but oil changes and regular scheduled maintenance. Avalon rocks. More
