Two weeks Mr. Pleasant, (in just few min) was able to "pair" my phone when others COULD NOT. He is a very pleasant person with great personality and very knowledgeable to my problem. Today, by mistake I did a very stupid thing and deleted the Bluetooth from my car radio. I called and spoke with him and he was able to tell me over the phone what I needed to do step by step. He was very kind and patient. You don't understand how illiterate I am with technology and that he was able to talk me through it over the phone was AMAZING. He has bailed me out twice with this same problem and hopefully I won't need that help again. However, if I do, I know he will be very pleasant and understanding as he has been thus far.
