After that, though, we made an offer online and talked to Angela, who was extremely helpful and courteous. We came back in and were helped by Rudy, who helped us feel better about the overall experience and worked with us to facilitate the process of buying the car. The experience with the Finance Manager was, unfortunately, not a bright point, either. We were hassled about a service plan that was way too expensive and didn't feel like we were getting honest answers. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but customer service could be improved upon greatly in many areas. More

I went into Steven Toyota not knowing if I was even elegable to get a car. Right away they made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family. We purchased a new Toyota Sienna minivan from Steven's Toyota. We made three visits to the showroom. We were always greeted by someone, and a salesperson was available to show us the vehicles we wanted to Toyota. We made three visits to the showroom. The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to answer all our questions and provided us with materials to take home to make up our mind. Josh Shrum followed up by calling us and kept in touch. We decided to negotiate via e-mail and talked with Josh till we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We then visited the dealership to finish off the transaction and left with our minivan. The whole process was relaxed and we felt absolutely no pressure from the dealership or sales staff. We highly recommend the dealership and would definitely tell everyone where to go to buy their Toyota or Scion. More
