After a few attempts to get a used BMW G30530e, including wasting a lot of time (and out of pocket Carfax $) to look at one at that was heavily photoshopped and grossly misrepresented by a well-known pre-own wasting a lot of time (and out of pocket Carfax $) to look at one at that was heavily photoshopped and grossly misrepresented by a well-known pre-owned car chain, I came across this car Jan 23 on their website.....a 540i slightly above my budget but it's got the right color and all the right options I desire. Leaving a message to be contacted was simple, and the chat with the inside-sales online Sunday am was easy. Got a text from Ahmed Kandil within an hour and he was extremely engaging and willing to help. After the terrible experience arranging for transfer of a G30530e at the "supermarket" with identical color and similar options, I must confess I was outright grouchy and my expectations wasn't too high and approached this interaction with skepticism. But Ahmed quickly won me over by not "selling" the car but proactively pointing out what the blemishes he can see with the car, took many pictures, and the spent 30 min with me on a Facetime walkthrough of the car with utmost patience and courtesy. We quickly setup a time to come test drive the car. The interior (ivory including seatbelts as you could imagine how easily stained they are) didn't meet the picky standards of my wife (which almost killed the deal) but Ahmed was very accommodating. He and his colleague agreed to have the car re-cleaned FIRST THING Monday morning and after that Ahmed immediately sent me photos and DROVE IT TO OUR HOUSE to let us see if it's acceptable. He immediately returned to the dealership to get the wheel rashes smoothened and re-detailed for SAME DAY delivery. WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! This is ABSOLUTELY A WORLD'S FIRST when it comes to customer service and we cannot be more thankful. Everything was delivered as promised, no details missed, no missing accessories (like one could for sure expect w used car lots), the 33k mile car is just good as new. Ahmed deserves a medal of honor! And I should also mention Henry Ly of finance is the absolute most straightforward, professional, and efficient transaction manager I have ever seen. Talk about lightning efficiency in processing paperwork and getting us out in time for our appointment. A Guinness world record! Hats off to the SCBMW team. They really have their act together. More
My car was vandalized and I called my insurance company to get my car repaired. I went out of my way to get the car repaired at Stevens Creek BMW as I purchased the car from there. First of all My Advisor, Brian -- Was horrible at communicating with customer as well as Insurance Adjuster. He did not do his job right and he actually revised the estimate 3 times. Bcoz of all this, the car was repair and handed to me after 1 month. I gave the car to service center on Dec 28 and I got it back in end of Jan 2021. The second is issue, I got message from brian when my car was ready. I accordingly adjusted to return the rental car on same day of pickup. However, when I went to pick car at Stevens Creek BMW, the person handed me car and I noticed that the repair has issue. 1) Remote of the car was not working at all 2) Car was showing warning sign 3) The car was dirty and having oil stains on the beige interior HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE CAR AND COME NEXT DAY. THIS CAUSE ME TO PAY 200$ ADDITIONAL FOR RENTAL CAR AS THE CAR WAS NOT READY AFTER BRIAN TOLD ME TO COME AND PICK. I WASTED 2 HOURS THAT DAY AS A CUSTOMER I LOST CONFIDENCE WITH SUCH PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. AFTER PAYING 7200$, I GOT SUCH HORRIBLE ADVISOR AND SERVICE. More
Excellent sales experience from Ron. He responded promptly to all of our questions and helped us through the end of our transaction. He's great. On the other hand, the finance portion of our purchase took over 5 hours. We were ready to purchase and sign a contract at 5pm and we didnt leave the dealership until 10:30pm. For a luxury brand, I expected one of two things 1) if you will make me wait 5 hours as if I have nothing else to do with my time, let me know in advance so I can leave and come back at night or the next morning 2) If Im paying for a luxury car, the buying experience doesnt match the amount of money I am spending. Its 2021 after all, NOBODY i know will be okay waiting 5 hours without being given a heads up. Anticipate your clients needs. You cant expect them to sit there through dinner time without food and water. If you know December is the busiest time of the year because this is not your first rodeo, Implement strategies to make your customer experience better, add more staffing and dont make your clients wait for 5 hours. Thats not acceptable. More

Alec Kisin made all the difference. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate. Within 20 minutes of being at the dealership Alec had already figured out what I wanted efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate. He wasted no time in taking me through the paperwork and once the sale was done we kindly spent lots of time with my daughter walking her through all the features of the car and how to operate things. My worst ever experience happened while I decided to for buying 330i BMW 2018 CPO model from here, I was after the car for a long time(for months) , did test drive and all other formalities and discussed wi buying 330i BMW 2018 CPO model from here, I was after the car for a long time(for months) , did test drive and all other formalities and discussed with the Manager - Alec). When the price dropped online, I went a day before in the evening (was sitting till late night 9pm even talking to the main Boss ) and was ready to purchase it (even decided to make down payment 50% ) while the Manager ( did not indicate anything about selling of vehicle, was not even ready to start paperwork) instead there he told me to come the next day(which is really weird, why he told me to come next day?) for no reason , as soon as I started off the next day at around noon the car got sold ( I saw it online without even notifying, texting or calling me )! It was very obvious that Management knew about it the car being sold and I don't know for what reason they were playing with me. There was no transparency and professionalism. If they did not want to sell me they could have told me I would have been happy leaving the deal as it would not have wasted my time(also time of my friends who accompanied me) , I talked about all details the financing details previous day and next day within 2 hours morning it was gone, so basically no trust for me for this dealer , no integrity at all, at least not expected from BMW to be frank not anyone. Even if the other party was there ready to buy still the Manager or other representative could have called and discussed with me. THIS SHOWS NO TRANSPARENCY , CHEAP BEHAVIOUR and TO ME WAS UNEXPECTED. I usually keep my cool and you will not see me writing anything bad about anyone but this time it was too much as it involved me as well my friends who all were helping me out (spend so much time and effort) , its hard to believe even people at Old age like Manager show this kind of cheapness and unprofessionalism with no integrity. I hope my comment helps many out there, and please keep your expectation level low for visiting here while buying CPO. Please refer to these images for DATE /TIME STAMPS and other details- See Final quote attached (9dec20) while I was sitting and discussing with Manager and his Boss(till 9 pm) as well as next day Vehicle sold out email(before I could visit them in Morning(10Dec2020) - It is not a small thing - You spend so much of your valuable time in selection and spend so much time doing research to buy a car that fits your need ( I hope everyone understands this pain and frustration, taking time out from your Company , making visits , discussing etc.) , totally unacceptable from this Dealer , Period! More
