I purchased a BMW X3 from Steven's creek a couple of weeks back. Overall experience was pretty positive. Special shoutout to Ryan Victor who has been very helpful with helping me understand the car and the initial services. Very approachable on the phone and friendly and knows his cars. Only small nitpicking I have is that the interest level from the dealership was pretty low initially when it seemed like I was there to just explore the cars, only once I finalized the BMW X3 did the interest go up. More
Sales process was smooth. Just that the description for the vehicle from the website was off a little bit. Two of the packages that I wanted were not in the actual vehicle. Everything was handled very professionally at the dealership by all parties involved...sales through the processing of documents. My only complaint is that the owners manuals were missing and nonrec dealership by all parties involved...sales through the processing of documents. My only complaint is that the owners manuals were missing and nonrecoverable. Having to personally order them from manufacturer has delayed understanding of onboard systems. This last time took the BMW I'd had asked to check the AC and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. When I picked up the car I had asked to speak to the gentleman that assisted . I and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. Also when the next service would be. Didn't get no answers just a print out that doesn't say much. Was unhappy with the service . I travel a lot and I need to make sure my car is good and that I am safe. Was disappointed in customer service and service. More
The worst customer service experience of my life I bought a 2016 CPO BMW from Stevens Creek in June. I live in New York and asked them for specific instructions about buying a car out of state. Five I bought a 2016 CPO BMW from Stevens Creek in June. I live in New York and asked them for specific instructions about buying a car out of state. Five weeks later, I still don't have a copy of title and was blatantly lied to about temporary plates in my contract and verbally. The salesman told me that there would be California plates on the car when it arrived "as if you drove it from California to New York yourself" and they would be good for six months. California doesn't issue temporary plates at all, apparently. When I called the dealership to straighten things out, I was told that they screwed up but given little to no help to rectify the situation. The sales manager Fred said "California is a weird state" and overnighted me some little piece of paper from the California DMV that they forgot to put the in the car and told me to carry it around with me with my bill of sale and insurance cards in case I got pulled over.
