Unreasonable charge but without any repair to my car. If you dealer only do diagnose and charge fee, you should have told me about it before you do diagnose. I expected you had repaired my car, but after 3 you dealer only do diagnose and charge fee, you should have told me about it before you do diagnose. I expected you had repaired my car, but after 3 hours you told me you found out my car problem and charge me $250. If I wanted to repair I have to come back again and pay repairing. This shocked me and everyone. More

They weren't able to apply one of the incentives for us but after checking, they contacted BMWFS and added the incentive for us so there was another $750 off towards the purchase. Stevens Creek BMW service did more harm than good on my car I had my visit to the dealer for scheduled oil change and break services on 535D recently.
