Thanks for staying until 10:45 pm, Alec! I called Alec at 7pm on a Friday night re: a newly listed 2015 428 convertible. It was so new it hadn't been cleaned yet. He offered to have it detailed so I could test drive it that night. They close at 9pm, but he was very patient during the test drive, pointing out features of the car, etc. By the time all the paperwork was finished, and payment was made, it was 10:30. Alec still stayed to point out more features of the car, and helped me input a bunch of info into the Navigation system. Thanks so much for his patience! The car is exquisite!! More

Stevens Crook BMW The floor sales folks are great (Some other BMW, please hire Jojo and Ken). Sadly their behind the desk manager is a crook (I'll refrain from naming). The GM still hasn't bothered to call back, so he isn't getting flowers for V's day either. They should rebrand to Stevens Crook BMW. The sales manager first does simple division wrong. We take a min to pull out our calculator, punch in 7347/36 to show it is $204 and not $316. A 1st grader would have been embarrassed, but our man's response is, "are you done talking so I can". Claps all around. We took our business to Mountain View BMW. Navpreet and the team there were great. More
