Mr. Lopez, We apologize that you believe that we are not willing to assist you or your father concerning the issue you are having with the 2009 Sienna. We have been working closely with Toyota Technical Support and have be under advisement on how to correct the issue directly from Tech Support. Concerning the service contract, once again we apologize that we can not match the price from Greenfield Toyota ($629), but we did offer you the Toyota Extra Care service contract at $985 6years or 75k miles with zero deductible. We did not say "take our business elsewhere", we apologized that we could not match the price.
