He described the Lincoln MKZ hybrid that they had brand new but left over from 2014. My husband and I saw it and loved it. We were then introduced to Joseph Hudak who took us for a ride. So knowledgeable and friendly as well. With Joe we didn't feel rushed or a bother. Felt so comfortable with both Jimmy and Joe. They held the car until my insurance check came through and were so willing to please. The day we picked up the car it was ready to go. Joe was so patient explaining all the perks in the car. Carlos Trindade was the financal accountant we dealt with. He as well was so pleasant. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with our encounter at Stevens Ford. We were fortunate enough to meet Joseph Hudak that first day. We talked about our needs and what we were thinking about. Joseph asked questions and really listened. We looked at a few vehicles but never felt pressured to make any decisions. We did narrow our focus slightly but wanted to do a lot more research before making any final decisions. Joseph actually encouraged us to do whatever research we needed. After many weeks of research and test drives, we felt we knew everything there was to know about the Ford model we were considering, as well as a few other brands we had looked at, but the positive impression Joseph made on us led us back to Stevens. Today, we're happy owners of a new Ford Edge. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. I figured I needed an authorized dealer to get this repaired. Justin in the service department kept me informed about the diagnostics and ordered the new computer with my approval. It took 8 days to get the car back (a long weekend ensued) but it was worth the wait. Justin and the staff were knowledgeable, courteous and always professional. I rate them exceptional! More

A business traveler who is big on the newest technology while also looking for a luxurious and fuel efficient ride, Joe believed the Fusion Energi Hybrid was my best by. I drove the car and fell in love with it! As a first time car buyer, Mr. Hudak did a tremendous job of answering any of my concerns around financing and other car related questions. He had told me I had negative equity without really seeing what he can do for me. Now on to Steven's. They brought me inside and had menough test driving a new vehicle within 15 min. They were able to take my trade in vehicle and accommodate my financial situation on a new vehicle. I recommend this dealership 10 times out of 10. They definitely put their customers first More

Jimmy Puglisi and Joseph Hudak did a fantastic job showing me the vehicle and explaining the features. The financing/leasing process was transparent and straightforward with professional and courteous individuals. Carlos Trindade was very organized and quick when walking us through the paperwork and signatures. We walked in at 2:15 PM and walked out with a new cleaned and polished vehicle by 6:00 PM and that included about 30 minutes of a very thorough product delivery feature walk through. We would definitely purchase another vehicle at Stevens and love our new Lincoln. More
