I just spoke with the salesperson that you worked with. He's sorry if he misled you in any way. No one here wants to get you in trouble and we certainly don't have the ability to lock you into anything without your consent. Dealerships can locate vehicles that are not directly in stock for customers, but that does not force a customer into buying anything. I don't know where you heard otherwise, but we're sorry if you ever felt uncomfortable with us. I hope you love the vehicle that you ended up with!

Yes I purchased a few vehicles from Sean and I will refuse to go back there. He is very rude first of all but that did not bother me as much as his lies. I purchased a vehicle recently and told him I was pre approved with my bank. He said fine. Then I go to close on the car and he tells me my bank did not approve me enough for the car and gives me a letter from bank stating a lower amount approved than car was worth. Well I took that letter to my bank and they told me that I was approved well over the amount they asked. That he asked for a number lower than vehicle is worth to use his bank he had deals with. I refined the load after two week of purchase. Another experience was I went to purchase another vehicle and he told me one price on the phone and went to sign on the vehicle and the price was up by 15%. He knew I needed the vehicle in a pinch and got me. I buy a lot of vehicles from him and learned my lesson with him. So right now I am working with 2 other dealers one in CT and one in VT that are taking good care of me. I am sorry to say this will not be fixed I will NOT do Business with HIM again. .Thank You Kristen

Right now I really don't know what you can do for me. I really do not want to see Sean or deal with him again. I have a few more stories that I would share with you but this will probably reveal my identity and I do not wish to come in any confrontation with him. I am sure he would contact me and do not wish for this to happen. I told him how I felt and he told me he could not do nothing for me. After that I have not been back. I would prefer to go to the same dealer and get taken care of not take advantage of someone when you are loyal. I can tell you he lost he lost about 13 sales YTD with a projected 17 buy end of my fiscal Year budget Oct 2015. So he actually loses. I just needed to vent and let someone know.
