He explained everything through the whole process, and my truck was done before the estimated time. I'm happy to say I will be back to see Paul and will buy my next truck from Stevens. More

The best car buying experience I've ever had! I am a return customer to Stevens Ford. I leased a 2012 Fusion which was ending in June of 2015. I received a call from Joseph Hudak in early Januar I am a return customer to Stevens Ford. I leased a 2012 Fusion which was ending in June of 2015. I received a call from Joseph Hudak in early January stating that Ford was having a special to get me out of my lease and into a new Fusion. A couple days later I called Joseph back and explained to him that I wanted to get back into a truck. I was already researching new trucks from Chevy and GMC. Joseph told me to come by and check out the new F-150 that they had just gotten in. That F-150 was fully loaded and was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't need to add anything but a spray in bed liner and tonneau cover. Joseph and I spoke about the numbers and he got me the deal I was looking for. Four days later, I was the proud owner of a 2015 F-150. I will be going back to Stevens Ford for my next vehicle as well. This is my second vehicle from Stevens and both experiences were fantastic. Their service department is also top notch. More

Excellent New Car Buying Experience! I was looking for a new car and requested pricing on a new Focus that I saw in stock on Steve's Ford / Lincoln's website. I received a quick reply from the Internet Sales Manager a fantastic price that was before factory rebates. I went in and was met by Joseph, a sale person at the dealership. He was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. He really made the entire car-buying experience stress and drama free. There were no hidden fees or tense moments to speak with a manager....everything was amazingly smooth. It was great! The day I came in to pick up the car, Joseph spent a good 45 minutes going over all the features of the vehicle and made sure any questions I had were answered. He introduced me to the Service Department and set up my first (FREE) maintenance. He's a fantastic person to deal with. Would I recommend Stevens Ford / Lincoln? ABSOLUTELY! I decided to shop around for my best option, but was having a difficult time finding a truck within my budget that met the criteria I was looking for. Taking a trip to Stevens of Milford was the best decision I could have made. Ryan, in the sales department, was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, honest when discussing which truck would be best qualified to perform the degree of labor required in my company. Jeff, the sales manager, offered a great trade-in value for my old truck, and was able to find me the perfect replacement, while working within my budget. Jeff's assistance was prompt and precise, which made the entire process move seamlessly. Carlos, in the finance department, was resourceful and able to secure a great finance plan, as well as a remarkable extended warrantee for a fair price. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son, Sam, who was welcoming and accommodating to my financial expectations. As a business owner myself, I could not have asked for a higher level of customer service or professionalism than I received at Stevens of Milford. It gives me a great deal of pleasure to know that, today, I have a reliable truck without the financial burden I had initially anticipated. From the moment I was approached by Joseph Hudak, I felt that I chose a good dealership. He was personable, down to earth, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was introduced to Carlos Trindade to finalize the deal and go through the paperwork. He made what could have been a tedious process easy and painless. Although I didn't work with Kristen Schuble personally, she made a point to call me, as did Joseph, and make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my new car. Before visiting Stevens I had already made a down payment the night before at another dealership but before pulling the trigger I wanted to visit one other dealership. For things he was unsure of, he attempted to figure out in a timely matter and left no questions unanswered. He took us through a couple models both of which were nice but did not meet specific criteria. Joseph however, had a hunch of the specific car my family and I were looking for, contacted local dealerships connected to Stevens Ford and had a model up for grabs and had it shipped immediately to the Milford Dealership. Long and short of the story, Joseph's determination got my family and I the car we wanted, and the sale that he worked hard for. More
