I have been to this dealership because its where we bought our vehicle and they have been good to us, but this time it was not. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 330 in the bought our vehicle and they have been good to us, but this time it was not. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 330 in the afternoon thinking that it should go but I was wrong as I ended up getting my truck back 2 hr and 15 minutes later. How or why it took that long is beyond me because when you normally make an appointment you expect to receive service in a timely manner. Maybe they got delayed however to not notify the person that it will be longer than expected seems wrong. I ended up arriving to my childs daycare after closing and ended up paying a fee for showing up late. I even emailed the service manager and yet no reply or apology. Seems like the being humble is out the doors. I will still go to the dealership because i have several more free oil changes but afterwards will all depend if they so better the next few times. Maybe it was just a luck of the draw and I lost. They are a good business it just upsets me that they seem to not care. More
