Great Service I have been a Stevenson Toyota owner for many years and even took my son there to purchase his first car. I had lost confidence in the service department over an issue with my 2012 Tundra that they eventually fixed (many trips back to the dealer). Over the last couple years since Kami has become the service writer on my vehicle I have had nothing but great service and quick responses to any questions I have had. Her interaction with the customer and taking the time to research if something is covered by warranty or not is quick and efficient. More

Wonderful Experience! My daughter, her boyfriend, and I went to look at 4 Runners on 4th of July after my Lexus SUV died the night before. Doug came up to us right away and even though it was a holiday and they were short handed he was very patient with me. I test drove 2 and then compared them most of the day. He got me my payoff on my Lexus (even though the brakes were out and it had to be towed to the dealership) and got me set up in a 2018 4 Runner the next day. He is again, very patient, understanding, personable, and extremely helpful. He made me feel very comfortable with my decision. My daughter will be looking to trade in her 4 Runner in the future and we will definitely go back to see Doug. More

Over the Top Help! I just have to commend the whole team and most of all Doug Donnelly and the Management team that worked our deal for 7 hours straight. Can we say yay for under our budget and a top of the line sequoia? Went to Stevenson after dinner and Doug approached us and I told him wife was buying a truck and he sold her one. Great experience for her and I just walked around and looked at new cars while they did paperwork. She did let me drive it home but that has been it. Thanks Doug and glad we went with Toyota. More
