Jacksonville Kia

Check engine light came on July 1 status report came back stating manifold replacement as well as tires and brakes. Brakes weren't a huge issue but needed done soon. I replaced tires and manifold then decided 2 weeks later to try this service center again and scheduled $89 oil change which ended up costing $116. Status report ran again saying front tires needed replaced again as well as well 2 other items which passed on the first report 2 WEEKS earlier. I will be addressing brakes but will go elsewhere. I was really hopeful in finding a kia service center I could stay with but apparently not. I feel the machine they use to generate a status report my not be working properly and should ve addressed by service manager More

Kia Jacksonville is true to its word and does not push added work on you. I went in for a tire rotation and a recall and that is what they did. Poor. Waited nearly 3 hours for a oil change safety inspection and tire rotation, vehicle went right into shop upon arrival, was told that my wiper blades Waited nearly 3 hours for a oil change safety inspection and tire rotation, vehicle went right into shop upon arrival, was told that my wiper blades were torn and needed replaced to pass inspection, I agreed to replace them and asked for the old blades to be put in the trunk, they were not. I informed the service writer that our previous oil change they overfilled with oil and had to remove to the full mark, this service oil was also overfilled but I wasn’t waiting for them to correct the issue I did it myself at home, there were oily hand prints hand on the hood and drivers door, next oil change sticker on windshield was not installed, repair order (and previous) copy showed that 5W-30 oil was put into engine and vehicle takes 0W-20 clearly stated on filler cap, I don’t like to be picky but being a retired mechanic who worked for dealerships and independent shops I know what should be expected to keep customer satisfaction up and customers returning.
