Chose to have 30,000 mile service done now; since 20k service is rotate tires. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that the technician had no apparent idea of what K & N products were, Note here, t service is rotate tires. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that the technician had no apparent idea of what K & N products were, Note here, that there are pretty large decals on the air filter housing that announce K&M, same for the cabin filter. So technician either ignored that and He/she therefore replaced the air & cabin filters. My service guy got it reversed and had the K&N filters put back in. Chu was good about it and prompt in getting things reversed. Did not work with any of the 3 you have listed here, so no score. Never thought about I now live in an era where folks grow up without hot rodding their vehicles so much any more. More
I had a great experience scheduling service with the dealer. I actually accidentally scheduled my service at a different location, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. Service department is generally quite efficient & professional. Sales department needs serious work on communication.
