I bought a great 2011 Highlander Limited with low mileage, sales rep Lana Belcher was awesome she even drove my old car to my home for me. After the purchase I discovered the door sensor on the drive mileage, sales rep Lana Belcher was awesome she even drove my old car to my home for me. After the purchase I discovered the door sensor on the driver side wasn't working properly. Lana and Jeff Tossie made sure it was fixed and supplied me with a rental for a day and a full tank of gas, they are great team players, Stevenson can be proud to have them representing their dealership. Also, the second row headrests were missing and Stevenson replaced them free, I'm pleased because we're doing a road trip with our Grandkids and their safety comes first with me.
