Last Saturday my father and I stopped by the Stevinson Toyota, we were actually just looking around. We did have clear mind on what we need, but to be honest, we were actually not determined to purchase Toyota, we were actually just looking around. But after discussing with Yuki and the manager for a long time, we did reach a consensus, which satisfies both of us. I was recently looking for a smaller hybrid vehicle and stopped by Stevenson Toyota East. Kevin Tran, The sales associate who greeted me was incredibly polite. Kevin pointed out the various differences between models and features and showed such passion for each car that he showed. His attention to detail, pointing out important features was extremely helpful in my decision making process. Kevin made the most effective use of our time by organizing the trade in evaluation of my vehicle during our test drive of the Prius. Once I selected the car of my choice the rest of the experience was smooth and relatively quick based on previous car buying experiences in the past. The entire crew that I dealt with including my sales associate Kevin, the finance dept and the store manager were so efficient and pleasant to deal with. Kevin made my experience extremely pleasant and he was truly exceptional in every way! Joseph Conklin is the best sales person ever!! He listened to my needs for a car, negotiated very well with my price range, and was able to get me into a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla.
