I came in to look at a 2002 Rav4. Jeremy took me on a test drive and I loved it. While deliberating I began to have some doubts. Raj and Jeremy took me to speak with Cahn about my concerns. Cahn immediat test drive and I loved it. While deliberating I began to have some doubts. Raj and Jeremy took me to speak with Cahn about my concerns. Cahn immediately knew what I was talking about and gave me an honest, detailed, and accurate answer. He was very knowledgable and gave me peice of mind. However I ended up deciding that wasn't my car. Raj started talking to my dad about the option of leasing which my dad loved immediately, I took some convincing. Raj and Jeremy were both very patient with me and took the time to explain all the details. The sale literally took 4 hours. I am so thankful to Raj and Jeremy for being so patient and understanding and taking the time to really make me feel comfortable with this decision. They were both wonderful to work with and I appreciate them working so hard to find the right car and situation for us. I left with a beautiful 2013 Rav4 which I am absolutely in love with!
