Evitt was great to work with and helped keep the process simple. I went to several dealerships in the Denver area and felt that this one had the fairest pricing and was willing to listen to what I needed. simple. John worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure, no showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. It was refreshing to work with someone like this. The financing we were offered e was no pressure, no showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. It was refreshing to work with someone like this. The financing we were offered exceeded our expectations and the sales manager worked with us on pricing. We are VERY satisfied with the service we received, and will definitely be back when we need another vehicle. More
All employees were very attentive, and was very courteous and returned all calls immediately. They spent in excess of an hour just showing us all of the features of the car and how they operated. They also spent a lot of time educating us on the different warranty options. They were very timely and the car was ready when they promised. We would do business with this dealership in the future. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. They still lure customers in by offering unrealistic deals which, not surprisingly, they can’t honor at the end. This was the first dealer th dealer. They still lure customers in by offering unrealistic deals which, not surprisingly, they can’t honor at the end. This was the first dealer that I’ve dealt with in the last 10+ years that still uses “The car you came for was sold just two hours ago right from under my nose, but…”. They are the only ones that I know of that are not willing / able to match or beat carsdirect pricing – John even had the nerve to pretend that he doesn’t know what it is. Even the shady used car dealerships don’t try to cheat you in math – Chris attempted just that and was not too happy when he was caught and had to back out on his offer. In fact, he had to back out on 2 offers that he personally made and all in one day! When we left after wasting a good 3 hours there, they called us back and said that they worked out the pricing and asked for another chance to earn our business. I asked them to email me the numbers and after adding them up (instead of being upfront they decided to do another attempt to confuse me in math) the price turned out to be over the MSRP. They lured me one more time couple of weeks later promising that they have the car that I needed and would be able to match the competitor’s quote I provided to them – that was John. When I came in, the car was “just sold while he looked away” and the new one – identical in all respects – would be here tomorrow… but it’d be $3K more and, somehow, it was a good deal. Absolutely disgusting, sleazy and archaic practices. After I walked out on them for the last time, I went to Autonation and 20 min later I was offered the price that Stevenson couldn’t get even close to. John DeSaverio and Chris Koppers – stay away from these two if you have to do business at Stevenson! Lou Caldrello tried to make things right after the original fiasco, but it appears that the management is more concerned with how much money they make on the car than actually making a sale. He was on vacation when John helped to make up my mind not to come back to Stevenson ever again, but I doubt he’d be able to help secure the deal anyways. More
I regret to inform you that due to our experience with the GM, Bill Stahelin, at this dealership we will not be purchasing a Toyota. We walked into the Stevinson dealership with the intent to purchase a n the GM, Bill Stahelin, at this dealership we will not be purchasing a Toyota. We walked into the Stevinson dealership with the intent to purchase a new highlander today. Our sales rep Lana Belcher was excellent, however, after two minutes speaking with Bill about trading in a 2004 Toyota Corolla, we walked out and will never be back due to his extremely unprofessional attitude. The carfax report came back with a "Branded Title: Not Actual Mileage" warning, which we were aware of. Bill told us that this meant that the insurance company had listed the car as totaled. When I told him he was incorrect, that this error meant that we had a "not actual mileage" title on the car due to a mistake at the DMV, he laughed and told us we were wrong. He said "we have a very intimate relationship with Carfax" and told us the car was worth "nothing" and he'd "be generous and give us $500". He then walked away mumbling under his breath about how we were idiots. One - I can hear you! Two - we had offers between $1000 and $3000 at four other dealerships that day, all with the same carfax report! Due to his conduct, we apologized to the wonderful sales rep (Lana) and walked out. Despite being a 10+ year loyal customer of Toyota, we plan to purchase a Santa Fe tomorrow due to this interaction. Also, please note that we are clearly not the first customer to have this issue with Bill - I strongly encourage you to check out their yelp page "Stevinson Toyota East" in Aurora. Bill is significantly harming the reputation of Toyota and is a unprofessional, rude employee. More
If I could give Raj a million stars, I would- but it wouldnt be doing him justice. He was THE nicest guy and made a great sale on something that fit us, our price and our experience. I was apprehensive wouldnt be doing him justice. He was THE nicest guy and made a great sale on something that fit us, our price and our experience. I was apprehensive and had several below average and average experiences several times before coming here including the days leading up to it. I thought I wouldn't be buying a car that day at all, but Raj made an offer that we couldn't refuse and then beat his own offer without us asking. I couldn't be happier with everything. Definitely ask for Raj and definitely visit Stevenson Toyota because you would be doing yourself a disservice if you went anywhere else. -vitaly. More
