Our decision to trade in our 2009 Prius for a new vehicle was not an easy one to come to, as we had intended to keep it until it had upwards of 200,000 miles. I absolutely loved the car and had thoroughly enjoyed driving it in my daily commute and to and from the mountains during ski season. When equipped with winter snow tires, the 2009 Prius was an excellent winter ski car. However, after about 75,000 miles, my Prius suddenly had begun to use some oil. I took it in to Stevenson service to find out why. After considerable consultation with Stevinson's service department service managers, I learned that the oil consumption problem, although within parameters of Toyota specifications, would not be an easy fix. I could not bring myself to continue driving a car that used almost three quarts of oil between changes. we are very grateful for our mechanic and service managers working so diligently to find out what the problem was with our car and being very forthright and honest in their assessment of what could be done However, the potential for long and costly engine repairs that may not have been covered under the extended warranty did not fit within my planned ownership of the car. This precipitated our decision to trade our 2009 Prius. We had discussed that when we would get a new vehicle we were considering the Prius V, so that is the vehicle we began to consider. Mr. Kakkar was instrumental in my remaining loyal to the Toyota mark after having such a disappointing experience with my 2009 Prius. His courtesy and understanding of our predicament made what could have been a very distressing experience far better than we anticipated. If we ever have need to purchase a new or used car in the future, we will seek out Mr. Kakkar to help us with that transaction. More
I went car shopping with my elderly father. Jeremy was kind, patient, and extremely accommodating. He expedited the process as much as he could. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He extended service beyond the initial purchase (if I have any questions in the future, I feel quite comfortable in calling him). He was not pushy in any way. He was honest. He was very personable. He made a process that does take some time as bearable as it could possibly be. I appreciated that he explained every step of the process along the way, and when he said it would take x amount of time, it indeed took x amount of time. And he set up my bluetooth for me...He was extremely professional. All in all, a great experience. More

We stopped by Stevinson Toyota Scion East 30-minutes before store closing on 06/22/2013. We were treated extremely well by all the sales representatives including financing personnel who waited until 11 before store closing on 06/22/2013. We were treated extremely well by all the sales representatives including financing personnel who waited until 11:15 PM to get the paper work done and made the vehicle ready. The financing rate we received was unexpected and is the best ever. Our thanks to Kevin Tran, who without any hesitation showed us around all possible vehicles, to Tal Man Rai for his willingness to stay around and show the latest gadget that the vehicle came with as well as recommending other features of financing and insurances of the vehicle, and to Mr. Jim Miller for waiting beyond the business hours to get the financing work done. This was our second purchase from Stevinson Toyota Scion East and a special thanks goes to Mr. Matt Paden for his extraordinary effort to get the best ever financing for us. Also, thanks goes to the service person who stayed after hours to get the vehicle clean and ready. Thanks to you all and hope to see you again. I would loke to say that in all of my car buying experience this has been the best I have ever had!! Kevin Tran and his Team are top notch!! My credit is not the best and I was very weary, and anxious to go to a large dealership such as Stevenson as I did not want to be turned down and disappointed. My car was on the list for repossession and I came in to voluntarily turn my car in when I met Mr. McDade. Mr. McDade assisted me with my situation. I was allowed to do a trade-in with my vehicle and in ret voluntarily turn my car in when I met Mr. McDade. Mr. McDade assisted me with my situation. I was allowed to do a trade-in with my vehicle and in return I was able to drive off the lot with another vehicle and no repossession on my credit. I really appreciate the time Mr. McDade took out to explain my options and assist me with the best option. My car is nice and I have a car payment I can afford. I feel very relieved and I thank Mr. Carl McDade and I also thank Toyota!! More
