He seem very trust-worthy, which is why I felt very comfortable working with him. He took the time to explain everything to me and didn't pressure me into signing the Lease Agreement. He test drove the car with me and explained how everything worked. I explained my personal and financial situation and he did his best to keep my monthly payments to suit my budget allowance. While there, I also had the pleasure of meeting with Mr Jeff Schwebke, Sales Manager he negotiated with me regarding the down payment and the drive away cost. I really appreciated both Mr Kakkar and Mr Schwebke. If I know of anyone that is in the market of purchasing a new automobile, I would definitely refer them to Mr Kakkar. The only thing I wished is that the price of the 2013 Toyota Corolla was a little more affordable for my Social Security income, being a retired senior my income is very limited, so every extra penny I have to spend does impact my budget. I am leasing the 2013 Toyota Corolla which is a little smaller car than the 2004 Camry LE I traded in, which only had 59,000 miles in the nine years that I owned it, and is in great condition. The 2013 Corolla is my 4th car that I have purchased from Stevinson, making me a very loyal customer, and for this I feel I deserve a break on the original price of my Corolla. From the start, Jamaul was extremely friendly and helpful. We already knew what car we wanted to look at, but he took the time to talk to us about why we had decided upon that model. He showed us every feature of the car inside and out and explained the benefits of each feature. Before going on a test drive, he walked us through all of the settings and driver accessible features so that we could adjust everything and get familiar with the setup before starting the drive. He never tried to push anything on us or talk us into anything that we didn't want. We appreciated his energy, friendliness, knowledge and obvious appreciation/passion for the vehicles and company for which he works. We went to several other dealerships to look at other cars that day and Jamaul's level of service, knowledge and amiability was above and beyond all of the other salespeople that we interacted with.
