I give Jeff and his staff a great rating for all categories. Jeff was given the task to save the face of dealership in my view after a very bad experience with the used car department. He has done his best to make a terrible experience work, by fixing and repairing, what the sales department broke their their word on what would be done to have the sale go through. Jeff and his staff are first class. I would recommend using the service department because of Jeff and his staff. More
I would like to thanks Ed, Brad, and Jim who made purchasing my new 2013 Toyota RAV4 possible especially Brad Kounkel, the finance manager. I went to Stevinson Toyota East on April 13 to purchase a new car. This was the second time I wanting to buy a car at this dealership. Ed, the saleman, Brad and Jim at finance helped me along the way. I looked at many different cars starting with camry, corolla, Prius and then Rav4. Ed wasn't tired. He helped me all the time and answered every question I had in a very professional and friendly way. Brad, the finance manager took customer service further. He suggested to me a Prius V and dropped the price and interest rate significantly. A manager performing a saleman's job? You don't find it anywhere but Stevinson Toyota. Ed and Brad worked with me after I made my mind up and settled on 2013 RAV4. The question was...are we going to agree on something that benefit both myself and the dealership? Ed, Brad, Jim and all others at Stevinson made it works. I was given decent price for my 2008 Scion XD. Lowered RAV4 price and the interest rate was very good with an affordable monthly payments. I come from a very professional background where I value customer service and treat professionalism with utmost respect. At Stevinson, the three people that I worked with and negotiated the sale with take these two things beyond expectations. Afterall, I bought my car and all of us were very delightful and happy. Stevinson Toyota East is great and I'm looking forward in buying my wife's dream car Toyota Sequoia in 5 years. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people as I did in the past. Again, Thank you Ed, Brad and Jim. You guys ROCK!!!! More
I went to Stevinson Toyota knowing that I wanted to purchase a RAV4 to replace a vehicle that would not be making the move across the country with the family. The service team was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in explaining the what they did with installation of some extras that I purchased for the vehicle. I would gladly recommend the the dealership. Overall, an otherwise good experience was ruined when Stevinson and/or Toyota Financial Services refused to honor their advertising, despite my detrimental reliance on the advertised 90-days no payments. I was looking at buying Venza in the next 6 months, but I'm now going to be considering other dealers and manufacturers. If you do buy from Stevinson, triple check your paperwork to make sure everything is as advertised, because no one will take responsibility for it and make things right if you don't. SALES: A+ Sherry was fantastic during the purchase of my 2013 Tacoma. I typically hate the dealership car-buying experience and can't stand high pressure sales tactics. Sherry respected that and really worked to earn my business. Stevinson was very competitive with other dealerships on price and I got a great deal. There were a couple of higher volume dealerships that were willing to go a few hundred dollars less, but honestly Sherry made such a good impression on me that it was worth not nickel-and-diming. SERVICE: A+ I've now dealt with the service department, as someone busted out my passenger headlight at only 1500 miles. Not only did Bubba Hall squeeze me in with very short notice, he also cut me a break on the repair cost. FINANCING: D The only negative aspect of my experience. I purchased under the Recent College Grad program, which advertised no payments for 90 days, and this was also discussed with my sales associate. However, I never received the advertised 90 day payment deferment. I have been bounced back and forth between Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Customer Care, and Stevinson Toyota with no one willing to give me a straight-forward answer. TFS claims that there is no 90 day deferred payment as part of the program, despite it being clearly listed on their website (and none of the fine print would have disqualified me). TCC tells me they are very sorry but only TFS or my dealership can fix it. The dealership tells me TFS should have done it automatically. TFS then tells me that my dealership messed up the paperwork and that TFS just buys contracts. The dealership says TFS should modify. TFS tells me my dealership needs to fix it. At one point the GM of Stevinson offered to make my first payment, which I initially declined when I was led to believe that TFS was the sole problem, but that offer was withdrawn. I'm close to just returning the truck and never dealing with Toyota or Stevinson again. The only reason this isn't an "F" is because the factory financing APR was slightly lower than the best local credit union rate I was offered. More

I recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma from Stevinson Toyota East. I don't live remotely close to the dealership, but it was worth the drive. Ryan Lee Sampson and Sherry Otte were the sale people who h Toyota East. I don't live remotely close to the dealership, but it was worth the drive. Ryan Lee Sampson and Sherry Otte were the sale people who helped me. Let me tell you more. My initial point of contact was Ryan. When I arrived at the dealership, Ryan was busy, so Sherry took me on a test drive. She was super friendly and helped me get started with the paperwork. I explained that I didn't have a way to get the car home and Ryan told me they would find a way. That night, after the dealership closed, Ryan and his service manager delivered the car to my home in Morrison (on the West side of Denver). Despite it being late, Ryan took the time to help me get my phone paired and showed me other features on my new truck. He is a classy guy and someone who I would definately buy another car from. I have probably purchased 6 or more cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences yet. I had the confidence that Toyota had inspected the car and that if anything was wrong, they'd be there to help. I am a happy customer of Stevinson East Toyota. More
On 4/2/13 - I went to Stevenson Toyota - I needed a used car - the engine in my old truck blew up. I went to Stevenson Toyota because I needed a replacement vehicle and because I liked Toyota vehicles I car - the engine in my old truck blew up. I went to Stevenson Toyota because I needed a replacement vehicle and because I liked Toyota vehicles I also had been told that the salespersons at Stevenson's where easy to work with.. I was met by Aaron Cassell - he listened to what I needed and helped me look for something in my price range. He spent time listening to what I wanted and was very professional - he was not trying to sell me just any vehicle - he was trying to find a vehicle that fit me. He told me about a Ford Ranger that they just got in and was not even on the lot. He took me to where it was being serviced and we looked at the vehicle - it was perfect. We arranged to meet the following day - he had the car on the lot on hold with my name on it. After a test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle - there was no fast pressure sell - very professional - he worked with Brad Kounkel. Brad came down and spoke with me - very professional and easy to work with. After we settled on the price - Aaron got all the paper work together and we finalized the deal. John Brislin got all of my paper together in short order. It was a great experience - no hassle - very professional and friendly and I got a great used vehicle in my price range. Aaron stayed with me the entire time to make sure everything was going smoothly. He even made a follow up call to me on 4/3/13 - to see if I had any questions or concerns and to see how I liked the vehicle and he also Thanked me for coming into the dealership and giving him the chance to work with me. My entire experience was at Stevensons Toyota was Excellent. I could not be happier - on my next vehicle purchase - I will be going back to Stevenson's and look up Aaron, Brad, and John. The sales staff at Stevenson is very friendly and helpful. When you drive up, you are greeted by someone and instantly helped. The only reason we gave the dealership OKs on price and quality of work is because we spent a lot of time at the dealership trying to purchase a vehicle that was listed online. The vehicle was not on the lot and the staff had to track down the mileage on the vehicle. This took a long time and many hours were spent negotiating a price on a car that ultimately was not purchased because of the high mileage. Instead we purchased a newer model of the vehicle. Our sales associate was great and he was very knowledgeable about the car. He did everything he could to make our stay at the dealership comfortable. He was nice and accommodating. We chose this dealership because of the location and ended up being pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of its employees. More
