He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very easy to work with and helped me narrow down my choice as I had a hard time deciding between two of the vehicles. It was such a pleasure to work with him -he didn't have a high pressure attitude and even asked what price would make me happy! The process was a breeze although I kept the staff late past closing he never appeared "pushy" or used aggresive tactics. I have encounterd this approach with other businesses (not auto dealers) such as retail sales, trying to get me to buy time shares, and a number of entities out there that just make you feel uncomfortable. I think Stevinson is a great company to have hired such a great sales associate! More

I have worked with Dave Lottie for over 18 years(back when he was at Burt) and have enjoyed working with him all that time. I also deal with Bubba Hall at Stevinson and he is also a consumate professional. I especially like the large waiting room for people having their cars serviced. It is the largest I have ever seen at a dealership and is always clean and inviting. Thanks for being so great! More
I stopped by the Stevinson East dealership to test drive a Toyota Prius out of curiosity. He was casual and friendly during our time together, truly a no pressure salesman. That day I drove a 2011 Prius that was not in my price range and asked Jeremy to keep me in mind if an older model came on the lot. He asked me what specifications I was looking for in my next car,wrote notes about my request and took my number. A month later Jeremy called me and said he had just received a car on the lot that met my specifications except it was not the color I wanted. He said the vehicle was well maintained and he believed it would be a car I would want to see. Though the vehicle had higher mileage than I wanted, because of it's maintenance history he believed it would prove to be a good vehicle for many more miles. We test drove the car and again Jeremy was a no pressure salesman. He adeptly answered my questions and addressed my concerns about hybrids. Upon further inspection, the previous owner had years of maintenance records in the glove compartment, which confirmed Jeremy was correct about the maintenance of the car. Jeremy was an asset during finance negotiations too. He listened to my requests and told me realistically what parameters I should expect. He made me feel like I had a partner in the process. Together we came in just under my budget, which made my decision to purchase that day very easy. What sets Jeremy apart is that he got to know me, not just what I wanted in a car. He helped me make a decision by sharing valuable industry knowledge. I felt like he shared not only from his work expertise, but also about his personal life, which made him seem more authentic and human. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Jeremy to any friend, colleague or family member. He made this process easy, enjoyable and rewarding. I had fun buying a car and getting to know Jeremy too, not everyone can say they've bought a Prius from a lead singer in a punk rock band! Thanks Jeremy. More

After having some mechanical issues with my leased vehicle, I was called by a Customer Relations Manager (Bernadette) inquiring about my recent service visit. Upon letting her know what was going on, vehicle, I was called by a Customer Relations Manager (Bernadette) inquiring about my recent service visit. Upon letting her know what was going on, she scheduled me to come in the following day to discuss the possibility of getting out of my lease early and getting into a new vehicle. I arrived and was greeted outside by Sales Associate Evitt Hodge. We discussed what was going on with my car and we test drove the 2013 Camry LE (that I fell in love with!) and a 2013 Corolla (cute, but too small for my lifestyle). After discussing where I wanted my payments to be, Evitt worked diligently to get me to my mark that we discussed on the test drive. After a little negotiating, a small down payment and them taking over my previous loan, we hit the exact number we agreed upon (thanks Evitt and Raj!). Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the GM who also spoke with me regarding my needs, and I truly felt that my business was appreciated. The process was only a few hours...probably because of my negotiating...and I walked out a happy customer for the second time. Stevinson Toyota is great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. More
Went to visit this dealership to see about turning in my leased vehicle early for a 2013 Toyota Camry Lease. Evitt was very polite and friendly and explained the process in detail. Unortunately this didn't work out but the way Evitt handled this, there were no negative feelings on my part. Evitt gave me very positive feedback and what the next steps would be for my lease. I got my car at this dealership because of the great customer service and sales people that do not try to push you into buying/leasing a car. Evit treated me with the utmost respect and educated me more about my car and it's functions in this one visit than I have learned in the past 2 1/2 years. More

I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle today but I'm so excited that I did! I met Mark on the parking lot. I was looking for a paticular Corolla I saw on the internet. He got the keys and we looked at the car. Unfortunately the car had a black interior. The car in front of the Corolla S was a Corolla LE, my wife"s favorite color. We took it for a test drive . It looked and handles great. I told Mark that Stevenson West had this same car on the Internet for $17,388. He said what if I can get you this car for that price? You do it and I'll buy it. He did it and I bought it..It was the easiest and most stress free car purchace I ever made. This is Toyota number eight in my family. Mark guided me through every aspect of the sale.
