I sent a request for price quote for a 2013 Toyota Camry. Richard Bowyer replied with several questions to identify the Camry that I like. My family and I stopped by on Saturday to talk to Richard and see the cars. Richard greeted us and introduced us to Lou who took us to see the cars. Lou answered various questions I had about the Camry. He was friendly, informative, and very patient with us. After seeing the car, we went back to the office to talk with Richard. We spent 30-45 minutes with us explaining various aspects of Toyota engineering, manufacturing, design, quality control, and various safety features. He also went over distribution and pricing process. It was a very informative meeting. I had done some research before the meeting, but Richard provided extra information that I could not find in the internet. Most of the 30-45 minutes was spent on educating us on the Toyota products and how they compare to other brands. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and had excellent command over facts and figures related to Toyota and the auto industry in general. Towards the end of our discussion, Richard gave us a quote for a Camry that we like. We were not ready to make a decision since we were still waiting to talk to other dealerships. Richard was very understanding and did not pressure or push us at all. We left and visited other dealerships. In the next 2 days, we got the quotes from other dealerships. Richard's number was the lowest. I use truecar.com to guide me in understanding the prices people paid for Camry similar to the one I wanted. Richard's number is at the extreme low end of the statistical distribution (in fact, I think it will be a new low for the area). I hate haggling for lower price. Richard's quote made haggling unnecessary. We went back to the Stevinson East to test drive the car with Lou. Lou went over various features of the car. Then he guided us through the paperwork process. Surprisingly, it was a very fast and easy process, thanks to Lou and Richard's help. The most stressful thing was actually trying to get the proof of insurance from my insurance company ... they had some IT problems that delayed them emailing or faxing the insurance card to me and the dealership. Brad from Finance helped us through the final phase of the paperwork after the proof of insurance arrived via fax. Brad was very professional and thorough. It took less than 10 minutes to wrap everything up. Before we drove the Camry off, Lou showed us extra features of the car and stayed to answer any question we had. This has been the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. Richard, Lou, Brad, and other staff members at Stevinson East were great. I have recommended Richard to my friends, and we will give him a call first for our next new Toyota. More

I have to commend Sherry for her easy-going sales techniques. She was not pushy or aggressive, listened to us and answered our questions. After reasonable negotiations Sherry and her manager were able to accommodate us.This is our third purchase from Stevinson Toyota East. I am not saying that you will get the price you want right away-you still have to bargain for it. But we trust this dealership and obviously keep coming back. I have purchased and leased a vehicle from Stevinson previously. I was contacted by a salesperson who said they were interested in buying the vehicle back toward the purchase of a new one. The salesperson I initially spoke with was unavailable and Mr. Evitt Hodge provided all assistance and was extremely helpful. The level of professionalism and the customer service that I have received in the past has been second to none. I left spending more than I initially planned but I wholeheartedly feel like I was given a fair deal in the end. Spending the day with Mr. Hodge and the amount of time he personally gave was great. He even helped me out when I needed to bring it back for a clear bra and remote start. He was patient, friendly and professional. More
I give Jeff and his staff a great rating for all categories. Jeff was given the task to save the face of dealership in my view after a very bad experience with the used car department. He has done his best to make a terrible experience work, by fixing and repairing, what the sales department broke their their word on what would be done to have the sale go through. I went to Stevinson Toyota East on April 13 to purchase a new car. This was the second time I wanting to buy a car at this dealership. Ed, the saleman, Brad and Jim at finance helped me along the way. I looked at many different cars starting with camry, corolla, Prius and then Rav4. Ed wasn't tired. He helped me all the time and answered every question I had in a very professional and friendly way. Brad, the finance manager took customer service further. He suggested to me a Prius V and dropped the price and interest rate significantly. A manager performing a saleman's job? You don't find it anywhere but Stevinson Toyota. Ed and Brad worked with me after I made my mind up and settled on 2013 RAV4. The question was...are we going to agree on something that benefit both myself and the dealership? Ed, Brad, Jim and all others at Stevinson made it works. I was given decent price for my 2008 Scion XD. Lowered RAV4 price and the interest rate was very good with an affordable monthly payments. I come from a very professional background where I value customer service and treat professionalism with utmost respect. At Stevinson, the three people that I worked with and negotiated the sale with take these two things beyond expectations. Afterall, I bought my car and all of us were very delightful and happy. Stevinson Toyota East is great and I'm looking forward in buying my wife's dream car Toyota Sequoia in 5 years. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people as I did in the past.
