SERVICE VISIT

Employees are wonderful to work with but the system is broken. Our keys were lost. They were not sure if our car was ready. It wasn’t. We took car in at 8:30 and finally got it back at 4:30. My oh my what a terrible dealership experience from sales to finance all are crooks same credit score I got better deals before at different dealership and this one is just simply fraud and crooks sitting th to finance all are crooks same credit score I got better deals before at different dealership and this one is just simply fraud and crooks sitting there specially sales agent rehan finance guy 2 things which I find out what they did wrong or try to lie and deceive I didn’t like the car and try to return the very next day they said no when by Colorado law I could have how I know because I work for dealership my self now I m finding lawyer to get rid of this car now please please dnt ever go to this dealership there’s much much better options out there they wont sell u gap by law they have to if customer ask but they didn’t saying bank is not agreeing to it when bank has nothing to do with it crooks told me I get certified pre owned car with 6 oil change try the first oil change charge me for it btw I had to go Colorado Springs because they didn’t have the appointment for weeks and springs Toyota telling me I dnt have no oil changes I want to write a whole article about them in a news paper More
