I had a very good experience with Stevinson Toyota East and Colleen Rezendes. I am not particularly savy with car buying, but had a good working relationship with Colleen as I searched for Tacoma Trucks v and Colleen Rezendes. Ultimately, I did a test drive with Colleen and then came back a few days later with my wife and we worked out a deal with Colleen. Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly and "not cheesy" in terms of trying to oversell every little product, extended warranties, etc. I have been driving my new Tacoma for 2+ months now and am extremely happy with my purchase. Overall, I was very happy with my experience here. All of the staff were friendly and easy to work with. They offered lower than market value prices and consistently offered to go above and beyond, where of the staff were friendly and easy to work with. I mentioned a couple times that I had to leave at a certain time (3 hours after I arrived) and I was assured that that would not be a problem. In the end, I left 20 minutes late, which made me late to the class I was teaching that evening. The other thing I would recommend to everyone involved is looking up answers to questions instead of making them up. Joey said that there were 8 airbags and when I asked where they were, he pointed to different parts of the car and guessed, changing answers when the total was not 8. My car only has 6 airbags. Never make up answers. You gain more credibility when you admit when there's something you're unsure of and then find out the actual answer. This little slip up can call everything else into doubt.
