Overall, the face to face customer service was great. I would recommend Jeff and his staff as a place to go if you use a dealership for car repairs. I would not buy a used car from this dealership after my experience, I would only go to a dealer that lets you take the car to a reputable mechanic and test drive it for at least 72 hours. I thought that is the deal I had made, but be it not in writing, and even having a voice mail as proof, and a friend, the sales department would not honor the deal and Jeff Tossie made what was a horrific experience, a better experience. I have given this review to the service department only, and for the reasons I described above. More

After we chatted online about the truck we were looking for, Colleen Rezendes called immediately. She had already set up an appointment for Friday morning at 9 a.m. Friday morning things were really humming at Stevinson East and Colleen was already busy with another customer when we arrived. Richard Bowyer jumped right in and began helping us with the vehicle we had chosen beforehand from the internet. He guided us through the vehicle's history and present condition, then accompanied us on a test drive. We liked the truck and by then Colleen was available to help us. We began the purchase process and accepted the offer, but we decided to look at two other trucks. Colleen was very gracious and patient even after she had serviced the first truck we chose. We then chose another truck which still had the Certified Toyota Warranty in force. We paid cash and bought the truck as a company vehicle. The paperwork was difficult for us but Colleen and the finance manager, Jim Miller, made it an easy transaction. We gladly recommend Colleen and the whole Stevinson Toyota East group. More
