Made an out of state purchase. Delays in paperwork resulted in two weeks of waiting after the purchase before they would give the go ahead to schedule transport. The car arrived (on an open flatbed that allowed 100 pounds of extra cargo in the vehicle) with the gas light on and 17 miles to empty (having no idea how far I live from a gas station). Then due to incomplete paperwork, I had to chase the dealership and make two trips to the DMV (after being assured by them that I wouldn’t have to make any) in order to register my car in my home state.
