My 4Runner (purchased brand new in 2001) now has 210,000 miles and I have no immediate plans for a new vechicle. Besides being friendly, knowledgeable and efficient I am made to feel he has my 4Runners best interest at heart. He always advises me the things that should be done at each service visit. When there is an area of concern about my vehicle he takes me into the shop to show and explain the issue. I am made to feel he really cares about my Toyota and that is important as I do need my vehichle to be dependable. I feel the service prices are reasonable with the internet coupons offered. This dealership has the best internet service coupons in the metro Denver area. Each visit I've made to this dealership has been a positive experience do mostly to Dave being my service rep. More
I usually feel ripped off going into a dealership. I have been leasing a RAV IV for 3 years - lease is up in October 2012. I got a postcard from Toyota that offered to turn my car in early. I love my RAV IV and was somewhat suspicious of this offer, since I had had a similar offer a year ago that would have cost me a lot of money. Jeremy Young listened to my concerns, investigated this offer and helped me not only turn in my old car 5 months early, but get me into a new lease for significantly lower monthly amount. He was never pushy, or car-salesmanlike and made this an enjoyable experience. He said that he represented the overall attitude of Stevinson and indeed everyone I met there carried this attitude. everyone was friendly, efficient and listened to me, answered my questions and for the FIRST time I didn't leave feeling like I had just been robbed. Its 3 weeks later and I still feel this way. More
I brought my Toyota Matrix into Stevinson for a recall service and was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from the staff at Stevinson. From the first conversation I had with Tiffany to set up my appointment to working with Dave Lottie on reviewing my cars maintenance needs and discussing further care for my beloved vehicle - I was well taken care of! Dave is knowledgeable and friendly which put me at ease knowing that my car was in good hands at Stevinson. They clearly go above and beyond here - they even washed car within the hour they quoted to fix the ECM. I will definitely be back for further maintenance! More
After a slightly disappointing and ultimately unproductive first visit with another sales consultant, we came in the next business day to pick up the registration for our trade-in, which had inad unproductive first visit with another sales consultant, we came in the next business day to pick up the registration for our trade-in, which had inadvertently been retained with other paperwork after we had been unable to come to an agreement. A Stevinson manager, Rick, without using those specific words, asked us to give them another chance and paired us up with Jeremy Young. Although we are geezers and Jeremy is a far younger man, we were on the same page immediately. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable about the product, and is 180 degrees different than what most people picture in their minds when they hear the term car salesman. He took a very low-key, no-pressure approach, answered all our questions honestly and in a straightfoward manner, and anticipated other questions that we had not even thought of yet. We had last bought a car almost 10 years earlier (also at Stevinson Toyota East) and had come away with a very positive impression. Our contact with Jeremy Young this time around not only preserved but reinforced our opinions of this dealership. More

We decided to do business with Stevinson Toyota largely because my wife works with the wife of Tony who is the Director of Finance.
