Mark was great. He met us as soon as we exited our car. We inquired about a specific vehicle and he wasted no time getting us in to test drive it. We came in with an idea of our budget and the dealership was able to cut what we expected to pay significantly. Many employees went out of their way to talk to us and make sure everything was going well. Every person was friendly and they were often fun to talk to! The only complaint that we had was we had a long wait, over an hour, until we could fill out paperwork. However, a few employees took advantage of that time to get to know us.
