I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and they tarnish the Toyota brand. Benjamin R has repeatedly mislead us and provided us with a damaged vehicle that was supposedly 'new', and which we pa they tarnish the Toyota brand. Benjamin R has repeatedly mislead us and provided us with a damaged vehicle that was supposedly 'new', and which we paid a premium for. The vehicle was handed over with the protective cover removed from the control screen. We subsequently identified the control screen was damaged and reported it right after identifying it, and about 48 hours after purchasing the vehicle. After repeated attempts to contact the dealership, they have now advised they won't do anything about it, despite the fact the vehicle is not in a “new” condition and have alledged "an animal" damaged the screen. We recently relocated to the US and do not have any animals (despite this allegation being ludicrous). I invited Salvador S to have the screen (and car) inspected to verify it is not animal damage and try to find a way forward but he declined. Not only have we been sold a defective vehicle, we are now being accused of causing the damage. Never have we been treated in such a disgraceful manner. In addition to this, Benjamin agreed to provide an all weather mat for the trunk and the dealership is not declining to provide this, which based on previous reviews is an ongoing issue. Toyota Corporate hold Benjamin and Salvador accountable! More
Went in to buy a used Prius that I saw online. I took my used Lexus into the dealer which Blue Books and showed on their online trading tool that it was worth over $4,000. Within the time I drove I took my used Lexus into the dealer which Blue Books and showed on their online trading tool that it was worth over $4,000. Within the time I drove the Prius and a Honda they'd already "looked over my car" and came back with a $1,000 offer because of its age from what I was told. After getting the info on the Prius pricing I was pressured by another salesman (i believe my saleswomans boss) who tossed a pen and paper at me to sign that I would buy the car. I declined and went home to discuss with my spouse on the pricing and told them I'd be buying online to make the process easier. Well... I go online, start the process, fill out the application, apply for financing on half the vehicle (approved by multiple banks) and get to the end of the online experience to see that a $500 discount advertised on the dealer website is not reflected. I contact the saleswoman about this and am told "those discounts are for in-house purchases only", so I have to go in to do the paperwork when they could have at least told me while I was at the dealer the first time. I set an appointment, go in right after work, sit down in the lobby and am handed a finance application. I say "hey I did this online and am approved by like 5 banks already and have it set up in the online portal, i'm merely here for the $500 discount and to sign off." I'm then told the online portal the dealer uses does not use the same financing applications and that I have to reapply, they will run another hit on my credit and "find me a better deal". Everyone.. this is a xxxxxxxx tactic by their finance department, do not fall for it. I argue about this with the finance staff, they say "we only ran your Transunion report"... this is also a lie as I'm signed up for Experians credit alert program online and was informed the dealer pulled all three reports. So the finance man lies to me for another 20 minutes, attempts to explain credit scores and their impact to me (I work in finance), I tell him I work in finance to let him know I get how this works, he questions my finance background. Bottom line, I paid cash for the car to avoid dealing with the finance department. BL: Do not shop here. I will never enter this dealer again and outside of the saleswoman who helped me I would say this place is pure hot garbage. Tread carefully and check your credit, they will do everything possible to get you to sign (like most dealers), push back, and know you are in control. If I didn't have the cash reserves I would have walked from this nice car because of the staff here. More

This is the best place for getting a vehicle. From the time I stepped foot into Stevinson Toyota, I was greeted with a smile and the process from start to finish was amazingly fast. Ian, my service manager and Bob, the parts manager, were outstanding at Toyota East! They BOTH went above and beyond to ensure my stolen catalytic converter was replaced in a very timely manner. They were outstanding at Toyota East! They BOTH went above and beyond to ensure my stolen catalytic converter was replaced in a very timely manner. They were ready to repair my car the NEXT day after my car was towed there in the late afternoon. The service, communication, promptness and attention to the customer was stellar! They made the unfortunate event of a stolen catalytic converter an easy process at Toyota East! They provided me with the highest level of customer service and both need to be recognized!!!! I have taken my Toyota there for the past 10 years and always have 5 star service! More
Thumbs DOWN the WORST experience I have had with any dealership service department! I called ahead to make my appointment, then a representative called me to confirm my appointment, so I thought I was g dealership service department! I called ahead to make my appointment, then a representative called me to confirm my appointment, so I thought I was good to go, NOT!!! The day of my appointment came, I showed up on time, the place was a zoo! No one greeted me, so I went to the service desk, stood there for a good 20-30 minutes and still no one acknowledged me, everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally, one guy made eye contact and offered to assist me. He said he couldn't find the appointment and then asked me if I could leave my truck over night because they weren't going to be able to take care of it that day. xxx, I was not happy! I held up my end of the process, drove clear across the city to get there, arrived on time, was ignored, then finally told they couldn't keep their end of the deal! Plus, if I would have agreed to leave my truck there, they could not give me an approximate time of completion or even give me loaner vehicle to get home. They wasted my time and gas plus inconvenienced me by expecting me to figure out alternate transportation. All for a simple maintenance service request... Completely unacceptable!!! More
Thus far, the experience has been poor at best. I made an offer and then came up from that offer by $1000.00. The Sales Manager, Mr. Sanchez, kept pushing for me to make concessions, without ever I made an offer and then came up from that offer by $1000.00. The Sales Manager, Mr. Sanchez, kept pushing for me to make concessions, without ever conceding the price of the vehicle. Very one sided and poor ability to haggle. Jeff Lott, the salesman simply handed off the transaction to Mr. Sanchez. More
