Bernadette called me to see if I would like to come in and trade my leased 2010 Scion for a 2012 Scion or other Toyota vehicle. When I came in, Bernadette introduced me to Jeremy and I found a 2012 Yaris and trade my leased 2010 Scion for a 2012 Scion or other Toyota vehicle. When I came in, Bernadette introduced me to Jeremy and I found a 2012 Yaris that I really liked, however, Stevenson's wasn't able to make the figures work out because I had too much bad equity in the Scion. Jeremy tried every avenue he could but nothing worked. A few days later, I received another call from Bernadette apologizing and asking if I would please come in again. When I got there, Jeremy immediately apologized for himself and Stevenson's and thanked me for coming back in. He was not only very professional but extremely helpful. I did end up getting the 2012 Yaris. It did take quite a bit of time for me to get into the accountant to sign papers, etc.. during this time, Jeremy never left me alone. I definitly did NOT feel like he was all about selling me a car and that's all he cared about. You can tell that he has a genuine concern for others. I'm a firm believer that whoever you work for, you represent that company in your actions. I'm very loyal to Stevenson Toyota because there service is excellent. I don't hesitate to tell my friends and co-workers about them. When you are dealing with people like Bernadette and Jeremy, it makes it easy to be loyal. More

Great experience. Took my 20 year old Corolla in for some repairs. Repairs were going to cost more than the value of the car. Decided to buy a new one. We arrived shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 4/13/12. Don't know exact time but no later than 2:45 we told Roger we wanted the RAV4 that we had just taken for a short drive. Brad gave us a good price but was working with several other people. Between a loooong wait for Finance (Jim finally assisted us and was very fast and efficient in getting us in and out of Finance.) And a long wait for the car to washed and filled with gasoline, we did not get out of there until 6:00 p.m. Roger was with us constantly, except when he would check on Finance and car being ready. He went over points of the car before we left. Our huge complaint is the time it took from choosing car to time we were able to drive away. The waiting and waiting and waiting was frustrating and aggravating. We have used Stevinson Toyota for 30 years and this was first time we almost walked out without buying the car we can for. More
