Our experience at Stevinson Toyota was far more pleasant than we had anticipated. Everyone is well aware of the stereotypical car salesman and predatory dealership out to capitalize upon inordinate interest than we had anticipated. Everyone is well aware of the stereotypical car salesman and predatory dealership out to capitalize upon inordinate interest rates and obscene down payments, but Stevinson Toyota disposed of that myth in no time at all. From the commencement of negotiations, we were offered truth as opposed to pitch, and when our salesman, Charles Clarke IV, was unable to reach a deal suitable to our needs, he was straightforward, and asked us to return in the morning so that he would have an opportunity to speak with the general manager to achieve the deal we wanted and needed. He held his word, and the next morning, we drove off in our new Rav 4. We were grateful for the honesty, and even more grateful for his follow-through. The car-buying experience was pretty jovial from the beginning, and I can't help but say I felt we met some decent people. Hell, Charles even bought my wife a latte from Starbucks and ran down a Red Bull for myself during the process. Class act. More

I had contacted Stevinson Toyota interested in trading in my 2007 Sienna for a used Prius. I was contacted by Mark almost immediately (in a friendly, unobtrusive way) and stopped by the dealership the next my 2007 Sienna for a used Prius. I was contacted by Mark almost immediately (in a friendly, unobtrusive way) and stopped by the dealership the next day. Mark was expecting me, was super nice, and took me on a test drive. He understood that I was visiting the dealership on my lunch break and didn't waste any time with the usual nonsense. Bottom line is that we struck a great deal within the hour so I could get back to work. I stopped by after work to complete paperwork (which had all been prepared ... again no waiting!) and swapped cars the next day. This was the most painless car purchase I have ever made. Everyone at Stevinson Toyota (including the general manager and business managers who I also met) was super nice, friendly, and courteous. I look forward to doing continued business with Stevinson and, based on this purchase, would recommend them 100%! More
Mark and his support team made this the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Two phone calls and the deal was done. He also showed tremoundous patience with us since we did not have current proof of insurance. He assisted us with acquiring proof of insurance after calling the insurance company several times by activating our online account to our insurance company. There was no pressure at any point in the process or "games" that affected the purchase price of the car. More
This our 3rd Toyota 4-runner in just over 20 years. We also bought our last 4-runner from Stevinson East. We checked out various area Toyota dealerships supply/cost of 4-runners (supply low due to the pr also bought our last 4-runner from Stevinson East. We checked out various area Toyota dealerships supply/cost of 4-runners (supply low due to the production slowdown in Japan) and Stevinson had the model with the add-ons we were looking for. The salesman (Chris Koppers) and the finance officer (Tony Williams) were both friendly (without overdoing it), knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to arrange the add-ons (rear camera & heated seats) several days BEFORE their estimate. We spent less than 3 hours picking out the car, going for a test drive, haggling a bit over the worth of our trade-in, and filling out the required paperwork - very efficient and a nice surprise. The only thing we were disappointed about was the trade-in value of our 2000 4-runner, but that was the manager's call NOT Chris' or Tony's. Great job! More
