I had an extremely positive experience at Stevinson Toyota when I bought my new Toyota 4Runner there June 18th. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure to deal with, especially the sales person (Chris Ko Toyota when I bought my new Toyota 4Runner there June 18th. Very good buying experience at Stevinson East. They closed a deal with me on a new 4Runner that another self proclaimed "volumn" Toyota dealer in Denver said couldn't be done. We are an independant Auto Body shop and have been doing business with Stevinson Toyota Parts for 20 years. We deal with alot of parts departments, and there is absolutely no comparison to the service that business with Stevinson Toyota Parts for 20 years. We deal with alot of parts departments, and there is absolutely no comparison to the service that Stevinson's part department gives. Bob Himelsteib could teach all parts departments how to properly and courteously serve customers. Every parts person( Larry, Katie,Kevin, Troy, Bobby) is friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers for the parts departement are also the greatest, they genuinely care and are a direct reflection of a well organized, efficient, team atmosphere that has been created. More

He is not pushy, but explains my service needs clearly and gives me options as to how to best take care of any issues with my vehicle. I especially appreciated a past sevice visit when I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of, and Ayad prioritized the services needing to be taken care of on my car. He gave me a prioritized service schedule over a given time period to help me have the service work done in 3 different time frames to help minimize my out of pocket costs all at one time! More

If you've bought cars in the past, then you know how much of a headache the process is. From eager sales people ready to sell you something you don't like to the tedious paperwork to get financing and not k of a headache the process is. However, from my experience with this dealership, it has been nothing but positive. The sales people are friendly and not overbearing and are patient with you. They are respectful of your decisions and really work with you find a car you will enjoy driving. Everything was explained to me from start to finish of the process, and I left feeling like I made the right decision (which I did!). Overall, I had a great time buying my new car, and my sales consultant Laura was superb! More

Customer Service: It is so great because Ayad Toma always CONSSISTANTLY exceeds any expectations. He is friendly, accurate, timely, no nonsense and HONEST. Friendliness: Try airlines or restaurants or a hotel for that matter and then deal with Jeff Tossie, Ayad Toma and the rest of their crew. It is refreshing to see that genuine, true customer service is still possible and I am an old and very hard to please retired hotel manager. Overall experience: Well, Kent Stevinson promisses on some posters Whale songs and Sweedish masages (or something to that effect). I had a hard time getting there, but Tossie and Toma did their best to upease me. Price: You should never ask this question! Any way, it was less than I expected to pay and much more than I wanted to but all is good. I will be back and if I can help it, anyone that I know who owns a Toyota too. Keep it up guys, you are doing a terrific job. Stevinson owes you a great deal. More
