While I waited, a text message came to my phone asking for a decision on additional work that might be done besides the routine oil change and alignment. For whatever reason, my phone failed to chime. By the time I saw the message, the service department was claiming that I had declined the additional service. I went to Nicholas' office and he explained that the text was sent in error: the additional service did not actually need to be done. More
