She allowed us time to get comfortable with the car before I made a decision. She was extremely patient, helpful and willing to work with us. I really appreciate her and her help. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was horrible. They refused to use my pre-approved financing from my bank. They lied and said my bank denied giving me additional funds. I contacted my bank later and they were not happy with the scam. My bank forwarded the information to their finance manager and then the dealership let me know that I can back out of the deal. So I did. This experience was horrible and I do not recommend this dealership. More
