We've had excellent and highly professional experiences there for years with the staff, especially in Servicing and with Raj (we worked with him as a salesperson over the years and now as Finance Manager). Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting and working with a new team, Susan and Mike. We spent most of the afternoon and evening with Susan, who strategized our access to vehicles on an intensively busy lot literally packed with customers and inventory. In our opinion, Susan works harder and better than most human beings, and does so gracefully, with a lovely, openness and intelligence. She left no stone unturned helping us learn, drive, negotiate and purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles, and then stayed late in the evening as we finalized paperwork. She did not leave until after 9pm, keeping us company and repeatedly checking, without being asked, where we were in line to complete papers in the office. She and Mike even kept us in snacks!
