I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla! We were so fortunate to be greeted by Dan Conklin who quickly called another dealership to check on availability of other vehicles in my price range. Bingo! The Stevinson Toyota East Dealership had a used vehicle that may fit our needs. We drove to Denver and met the salesman who happened to be Dan’s brother, Joey who was not anything like a typical pushy salesman, and neither was his brother. We were so thankful for that. The used vehicle I test drove was what I was looking for but I wasn’t sold on it, so Joey started asking some questions to get a feel for just what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. Joey took the time to present several options to me and answer my many questions. No pressure, no sales pitch. Joey helped me understand a vehicle purchase, lease, and the many different options I had to purchase the vehicle outright or finance. He offered me options within options that met my comfort level. Joey fought for me to get the best price. This was all about me. It wasn’t about just making a sale. Joey worked with Aaron Cassell who was just as professional, cordial, and experienced. Aaron helped to speed up the process so we were out of there in a timely manner. Thank you, Aaron! It was such a pleasure to meet you and your help was so appreciated. That day I leased a 2014 Toyota Corolla. I had no buyer’s remorse the next morning. I knew I made the right decision. Joey held my hand every step of the way. He truly had my best interest at heart. He took an interest in my individual needs and he customized my buying experience so I would be happy with both the vehicle I chose and the payment plan I chose. And of all the sales associates I've spoken to over the past few weeks, ALL but Joseph has tried to strong-arm me into making a quick deal without really taking my needs or situation into accout. Joseph has been more than accommodating to my circumstances, answered all my questions and really listened. I felt as if I was talking to a friend. As soon as I'm settled in my new place, my first order of business is to purchase and pick up my new Corolla, and to meet face-to-face the man who set my mind at ease when it comes to purchasing my first new car. Great Experience I needed a new car and I really dreaded having to go through the whole process (had not bought a car in 10 years).
