I had done some research on a few SUV's before coming but certainly didn't think I would leave with a car that day. He didn't push me or try to sell me something I didn't need or want. The car was exactly what I was looking for and he just had to point that out! He listened and was able to get me top dollar for my trade as well as going to bat for me when negotiating a monthly payment on the lease. Overall, the customer service he provided was impeccable and I will definitely be coming back when the lease is up! More
