Joseph was great. He was very friendly and he came across as very honest - seeking out answers if he didn't have them, rather than making them up. As I fill out this survey, I am waiting on a couple of deliverables that weren't handled before I took possession. Joseph has been in contact a couple of times since my purchase, so I'm fairly confident they will come through. I wasn't so impressed with the work of the dealerships windshield vendor, which hurt my overall experience a little. I would also encourage Joseph and Sean to "trust, but verify" the work of their counterparts...the detailing they promised, lacked in detail. The dealerships technology in processing the sale is VERY dated and seemed as frustrating for the employees as it was for me as a customer. Mark in finance did his best to make the experience pleasant, though. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back. More
