I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Stevinson Toyota with the help of salesman Joe Conklin. After driving it for approximately 2 weeks I realized there was something wrong with the vehicle. After having it inspected and figuring out the problem I returned to the dealership and spoke with Joe about my concerns. He talked with his sales manager and they decided that the problems would be fixed "free of charge" as they should have been discovered when the vehicle was traded in and fixed before it when out on the used car lot. The repairs would have cost me over $1200.00 if I would have had to get them fixed myself. They are a stand-up dealership and I felt as though they treated me right. I would recommend Stevinson Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If you decide to go there, talk to Joe Conklin. He will take care of you in a courteous and professional manner. More
