Jay the sales manager was a bit pushy and gave me misinformation about obtaining a purchase agreement. Richard, internet sales was a bit dismissive over the phone. John in finance also gave me inco misinformation about obtaining a purchase agreement. Richard, internet sales was a bit dismissive over the phone. John in finance also gave me incorrect information about financing at 0% over 60 months. However, Yuki in sales was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership and Yuki to others because of his hard work but would tell them to be wary of the managers' spiels. More
I had a very good buying experience with Stevinson East Toyota when I bought my 2013 Prius 3 here on 11/27/13. I visited on the 26th and met Yaz and Richard. I made it clear that I knew what I wanted and it was really just about price. I made an offer to Yaz and Richard and Richard came back with a solid counteroffer - not what I asked for but not far off. It was not a situation where I felt like we were going to have to go back and forth to narrow the range. I thanked them and then shopped around at the other Denver dealerships. The offer that Richard made was the best that I could find - not by a lot, but it was still the best. I called Richard at 8:30 to confirm and get the out the door price. To his credit (we are talking car sales afterall), nothing had changed - everything penciled out exactly as it had in the showroom. The next day I went back to the dealership to close the deal (Richard pulled the keys so it was off the sale list). Yaz wasn't in yet for the day so I was introduced to Evitt who walked me through all the rest of the sales process. Evitt was awesome: easy going, attentive, respectful, pleasant, etc. I can't say enough about him and it made the closing process easy, seamless, and complete. If you've got to work with a car salesman, ask for Evitt. A couple of things that stood out for me: 1. I have a pet peeve about dinging bells in cars and I wanted to know if the constant dinging that sounds when you put a Prius in reverse could be disconnected. Evitt didn't know but he contacted the service department to find out. They threw it in the shop and had it taken care of. 2. He took the time to sync my phone with the car systems and explain and demonstrate anything I didn't know (a lot) about the Entune, bluetooth, nav systems. I never felt like I needed to figure it out quickly so he could get back to the sales floor. He was willing to put in whatever time it took to make sure I knew how to operate the systems. When I pulled out, I felt like I had been treated well and loved my new car. More

I recommend this dealership to everyone! Joseph Conklin and Sean Thomas were my sales consultants and they were more than great. These two gentlemen made my purchase enjoyable and exciting. We visited a total of 6 different dealers (4 of which were Toyota) while shopping for a 2013 Rav4. In the process of looking, we met many car sales men. Of all the dealers visited, Tal Mal Rai was the best! Tal was never pushy, angry when we didn't walk away with a car the first time, and never forced us to sign anything we were not pleased with. He would even smile throughout the entire price negotiation! After visiting all the dealerships, we opted to pay an additional $500 just so that he would get the credit. We figured our money should go to the nicest individual we dealt with. Every dealership offered nice incentives, but at the end of the day, it all came down to how well we were treated as customers. The fact that he took the time to show us so many different vehicles really made us comfortable with knowing we were walking away with just the perfect one. We will definitely be recommending future friends to him. More
