This guys sold me wrong car under 40k, it was sales guy fall, not mine. I talk with managers of Stevenson Toyota in Denver, he said I need to add additional money for purchase different car. We walked up to the front doors and just before entering the dealership we were kindly greeted by Ivan, who asked us what we were looking for. When we stated our budget he didn’t try to push us above, and i the dealership we were kindly greeted by Ivan, who asked us what we were looking for. When we stated our budget he didn’t try to push us above, and instead went right to work finding us a vehicle in that range. He directed us to an area of the lot that held one of the vehicles he mentioned, but my eye caught sight of another vehicle that was a couple grand under my limit. It wasn’t listed on the website and so Ivan got right on top of checking the availability of this vehicle. Once we found out it was free to test and buy we did just that! I fell in love with the vehicle and Ivan worked hard to get me approved. The paperwork took just a little longer than I’d expected, but I hadn’t known how long it should take because I’d never shopped at a dealer before! All in all Stevinson Toyota East was a blast to work with and I would gladly do so again in the future! More
