Stevinson Toyota East. I'm one of those guys who actually enjoys researching cars and pricing; however, I dread even stopping by most dealerships. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and actively researched cars on our insurance company's website, dealership inventories within 100 miles, and edmunds.com. We have prior experience with Stevinson Toyota East (purchased a 2005 Highlander and we love Dave Lottie in their service department), so we wanted to give them our business. I called the dealership to check on interior colors of the three cars with the exterior color we wanted. I was blessed with luck to get salesperson Ryan Sampson on the phone. He looked the cars up and one of the three matched our criteria. I scheduled a time to meet him and arrived at the dealership around 4pm. I wanted to see the car and compare numbers with what I had received through our insurance company and the internet. Ryan was outstanding in every way. He is no-pressure, friendly, and professional. Ryan's day was scheduled to end at 6pm, but he spent hours beyond that time getting the numbers for me and debating the lease or purchase incentives offered by Toyota. Jay Kramer in finance also offered his thoughts. Because of the heavy rains, we were able to meet with Ryan and Brad Kounkel in finance two days later to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. Ryan and Brad made this painless, as well, expediting the process to help us pick up our two children on time. Our new car only had 5 miles on the odometer, and on the way home, my wife was not used to the new engine smells. I called the dealership, spoke with Sharon Hoppel in service, and Ryan drove to our home to make sure everything was perfect with our new car! Ryan has called and texted me since, to make sure we are loving our new Toyota. What a terrific experience. Brad Kounkel was wonderful to deal with in finance, and I highly recommend Ryan Sampson as a salesperson. Just start by calling Ryan, 720-308-3200, and he'll take great care of you! More
We were at Stevenson Toyota to get our 2013 Prius serviced (we also bought that car from this dealership). We were planning on buying a truck in 6 months but found a PERFECT one on the lot. Evitt was serviced (we also bought that car from this dealership). We were planning on buying a truck in 6 months but found a PERFECT one on the lot. Evitt was in our corner the whole way, he even detailed my Prius while we were waiting on our truck paperwork. I would recommend Evitt and this dealership. I will only come back to this one and I've been to A LOT of dealerships. Don't waste your time, just go to Stevenson Toyota Scion East. More
Both Jeremy and Chris were truly wonderful. I bought my 2012 Corolla without any hassle and am really enjoying it. The people at the dealership were very respectful, friendly and helpful. I would send an 2012 Corolla without any hassle and am really enjoying it. The people at the dealership were very respectful, friendly and helpful. I would send any of my friends to Jeremy and Chris. When I drove the car Chris was most helpful getting me around and explaining the car. When I picked it up, Jeremy hooked up my Bluetooth and my husband's as well. It works like a charm and I love it!! Jeremy also re-explained all about the radio, how to set everything up, the air, the buttons on the steering wheel, etc. It was very helpful. I drove off the lot very happy!!! More

Jeremy Young was very helpful, understanding and compassionate about my financial situation and spent weeks finding the best deal. He went above and beyond and provided accurate information. Despite compassionate about my financial situation and spent weeks finding the best deal. He went above and beyond and provided accurate information. Despite the fact I wasn't able to get the car at this time, he reassured and wouldn't let me give up on finding the best financing, before long I'll be able to see him again and purchase the car. In my humble opinion he has no equal in customer service and more to the point he puts himself in your shoes. He gets 11/10 stars from me, Jonathan Wilson More

Here's just a short summary of my experience at Stevinson Toyota East. Judge for yourself: After negotiating with multiple dealerships all week, I thought I was going to walk away without a new car. The numbers just weren't where I wanted them to be. After thinking I was done, a salesman from Stevinson Toyota (an excellent guy by the way- could not have been more happy with him) texted me and made me an offer that was exactly what I was looking for. He texted me the specific vehicle's information, mileage (new) etc and everything was perfect. I texted him we had a deal, for an OTD price, and he confirmed the numbers and it was done! Everything was in writing via text, was an OTD deal, and I left to go buy the car as agreed upon. I got to the dealership and everything was great. As they took my trade in and key and started to finalize paperwork, I saw some "movement" up on the manager perch. There was some strange bustling around but I shrugged it off. My salesman had me initial the deal, and I declined an extended warranty, and things were looking great- great deal, great service, couldn't have been more happy. Then I saw more bustling around and the two salesman came back and they had the GM with them. As soon as we sat down, I knew something was wrong. Both salesman were clutching their hands and seemed shell shocked. My original salesman actually looked ANGRY. The other salesman had that "Oh xxxx, here we go again" look. The GM then started in on some canned, pre-rehearsed 'We appreciate your business as a return customer, we'd really like to earn your business...blah blah blah....but at some point this deal just doesn't make sense for us.' Uhhhh, WHAT?! I asked if he meant the negotiation for the extended warranty as I was in disbelief- even for a dealership. The GM said 'no'. I confirmed that he is actually trying to get out of a deal agreed upon- in writing and on a specific car. I immediately informed him of 'bait and switch' laws and advised him my attorney can be there within the hour. He wouldn't even give me a copy of the agreement or a business card- nothing. I quickly took out my cell phone and took a photo of the "contract" and he snatched it away. I asked to speak to whoever is above him and he flatly denied me. He started to really lose his cool because he now knows he really messed up. He asked to see the texts between his salesman and I and I showed him. He then tried to touch my phone and I tell him to 'not touch' and he walked off. During all this, both salesman are fuming. One has slammed his pen on the table and both are holding their heads like 'not again'! You know when the salesman are just as angry as you that something has gone sideways big time. One of the salesman went to talk to the manager to try to salvage the sinking ship. At this point, the manager knew I was on the phone with my attorney. The salesman came back and said the deal is on but for $135 more. The civil and criminal remedies for this type of action exist to protect consumers in exactly this type of situation so I agreed knowing I have legal recourse. During the final paperwork, another $499 is added as a supposed extra dealer fee and "profit"- again violating the OTD price agreed upon. After hours of this treatment, I sign the contract, under duress, and intend to exercise my legal rights so I don’t lose the vehicle I originally had a deal to purchase. My salesman actually left the dealership for a while he was so livid at how I was treated(apparently he chose to leave the dealership entirely after all this). My attorney was able to reverse the entire deal because I ultimately chose not to do business with Stevinson no matter what the "deal". I returned their car and picked up my trade-in vehicle happy to not be associated with Stevinson Toryota in any way. I have written this not out of spite or revenge but as a simple account of how I was treated at Stevinson Toyota East for those considering where to take their business, how they would like to be treated, and what type of business practices they choose to support. Evitt Hodge was great--best salesman I've ever dealt with BY FAR. A genuinely cool dude who obviously cares about his customers, is great to talk to, and knows his stuff when it comes to the vehicles of with BY FAR. A genuinely cool dude who obviously cares about his customers, is great to talk to, and knows his stuff when it comes to the vehicles of his business. As for the dealership management, I believe they made a real error by choosing to staff only one finance person on the last night of their Labor Day sale. This led me--who knew what I wanted and didn't haggle at all--to have to wait 3 hours from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I drove off, just to sign financing forms, the terms of which had been agreed to by both parties hours earlier. This was a terrible mismanagement of payroll and the dealership will lose customers because of this in the future. However, Evitt was cool enough to leave me with a good experience that outweighed all the waiting on finance. More
