Alex is my go to guy! I always ask for him to be my service agent when I come in to get my car serviced. He is always there to let me know what services my car has already I always ask for him to be my service agent when I come in to get my car serviced. He is always there to let me know what services my car has already had and what it will need for next time. He is always there to ask if I need anything while I wait for my vehicle. It is good that there are restaurants close to Stevinson, so I can kill a little time by enjoying a meal while the car is being serviced. I think Stevinson should build their own café in the waiting area, yes, their snack and coffee are good but it would be the greatest if they had their own café onsite with a barista and pastries. Stevinson should also build a locker rooms for us waiting customers that have to wait hours on end for our vehicles, so we can lock items up that we don't want in the car while it is in service and don't have to carry stuff around with us, in the locker rooms should also build showers so we can take a showers and beautify ourselves while we wait. Alex deserves 10+ Stars. He provides the best service I feel! I am sure other agents are good too but Alex always seems to smile and like to laugh with you! Do miss his pup Louie Bear.
