I really liked my second sales associate, Zack D. and he was main reason I purchased the vehicle at that dealership. I was very surprised in financing stage due to the service contract, which I did not expect to have to make another multi-thousand dollar decision immediately and on the fly, but staff was great. Pricing for vehicle was fair. Because of $599 handlind fee, I would not have purchased vehicle at that dealer but they offered a $2k discount on the vehicle which sealed the deal. More

Last two times I toke my car to Stevenson Toyota West to be serviced it was damaged when I got it back. The first time the front bumper was damaged which they fixed but then damaged the Toyota symbol in th be serviced it was damaged when I got it back. The first time the front bumper was damaged which they fixed but then damaged the Toyota symbol in the front which wasn't fixed. The second time they replaced rear gate/trunk power strut but in the process misaligned the trunk. They gave me run around on it and never fixed it. Long story short check your car very closely when you're picking it up from the service for any damages. I also called the phone provided in response to this review and got nowhere. Terrible! More
Horrible experience when I toke my vehicle to be serviced. The service adviser was kelven gonzales and he simply didn't give a single care while I was waiting. I am not even talking about how long he made wait in my car when I got there. Despicable human being! More

Tyler the sales guy was great however he said he would call me back and never did. I had a service appointment at 11:00 am and showed up 10 mins early. I waited in my vehicle for almost 15 mins before someone came up to help. He was very friendly and brought me back to his desk. First, he had tobacco stuffed in his lip and a spit can on his desk when helping me. Next, he starts to tell me about a deal for $165.00 for three oil changes, with inspection and tire rotation. Then advises me that my 4runner needs front and rear differential fluid changes every 30k, this is only required with heavy towing and I don't tow. I declined the differential service. Second, he mentions that Toyota recommends oil changes every 5k, and I told him I thought this was every 10k. He then backtracks and say well some people like to do it sooner. He then is very polite and directs me to the seating error. I then sit there for almost 3 hours before I receive a message about my service. First, it suggests I change the air filter for 40+ dollars for a 30-dollar part. Next, it's charging me 60 dollars for an oil change, 165 dollars for the 3 oil change plan, and a 14-dollar shop fee. At this point, I'm pissed for sitting for 3 hours for an oil change, the attempted upsells on unnecessary maintenance and inflated parts prices. I tell him to remove the care plan and just charge me for labor, oil and shop fee. I pay the 113 for the service and then come out to my 4runner to find my seat cover in plastic and an oily service mat on the floor. In the end, the total was 113 dollars for a 3 hour oil change and tire rotation. If you want subpar service while being politely upsold for overpriced parts that take half a day this is the service center for you. More
I purchased a 2018 Ram 3500 Dually. The staff was on point and made my experience one of the best while buying a new vehicle, but then once it came to get my vehicle plated I found out The staff was on point and made my experience one of the best while buying a new vehicle, but then once it came to get my vehicle plated I found out I needed emissions. I went to multiple places but was unable to get it tested as the current wheel and tire setup (the way I purchased it) was too wide. I’ve been to the dealership multiple times and they refuse to help or come up with a solution to help me get the emissions that they are required to provide in the first place. It’s now been 5 months since I purchased it and I have been unable to drive it as I can’t get it plated or another temp tag. More
